Yeah, looks like it's just a placeholder. Amazon do that most of the time for products that don't have artwork or whatever yet.
I hope that's not the cover, it looks a bit shit.
"Surely that Queen Rock Montreal can't be a real album title?"
"Those graphics must be a mock up made by Play.com!"
"We were promised exciting extras, I bet they just aren't listed in any store!!"
I hope your expectations are set firmly to the rock bottom, or you'll be disappointed again.
Let's be realistic here for a minute... This is the image that is used to advertise the tour, and it's the background of the official website. It's also amateurish enough to fit in with the past few Queen releases... Does anybody here honestly think this is NOT at least 95% accurate artwork?
Every one thinks differently, thats the way things are. But personally I dont think it is that bad. They have done a lot worse for sure.. On fire at the bowl took the price for me.
I would be surprised if it was the real cover. The picture used at the moment is a copy and paste from a free astronomy website. With a small bit of cutting.

This is the address, look halfway down the page for 3 very similar pictures. link
Bit cheap eh? Although Rock Montreal was copy and paste too.
I think it looks AWESOME!!!! I hope to goodness gracious it is the cover for the studio l.p.! It in a way fits in with the theme "Made In Heaven" which would be the appropriate way to follow up with a different perspective on "the heavens"! ROCK ON!!!
It's an abuse of Amazon. Sellers can add a product and create a whole fake listing for it... they've even done it with pirate/bootleg CDs and DVDs. Very sad.
Whomever did this should waste their time abusing the ability for comedic purposes instead.. create a really bad looking cover instead of just doing a screencap from QOL. Idiot.
Id imagine its hard to come up with title and art work for a new Queen album. Especially after such a long time as this. Theres a lot of history and image to live up to. With that in mind I think both the title and the presumed cover is all right. It has a certain look of late 70s Queen about it with a certainly like.
Here's the best quality version of the actual, final album cover with proper title so far: link
As well as the upcoming Live Killers re-worked project: link

That ain't a shitty cover at all :)
Will the Live Killers project be mixed in mono, or Dolby Surround stereo?

Ditto. Well, maybe the final product won't look THAT bad after all.
I really am not in love with the title. I would be fine with Cosmos Rock, even though it's not great, but Cosmos Rocks doesn't exactly trip off the tongue.

So they did it again: the crappy preview artwork turned out to be the official artwork and the crappy title turned out to be the definitive title. Just like it happened with Rock Montreal.
So QPL typical.
