Anyone else dig the way Roger sounds (especially live) on this song? I first noticed in the Montreal '81 video years ago, how wonderfully harsh and powerful his voice was. It doesn't seem as 'harsh' on the more recent shows though.. perhaps the key was changed? (I don't pick up on such technical detail).

Anyways, I don't know about the tuning on the instruments for the Q+PR shows, but I guess you could say Roger sang an octave or a few notes lower on what would have been his higher parts.
I'm not very musically well-learnt on technical terms. :P
I can say however, they tuned down AOBTD two steps down (I think), cos it is in Drop D tuning on those shows.
