If you gave up on QOL ticket sales for the known reasons you may take a look right now: In the current presales for the added shows you can choose the block and apparently the fees are reduced.
You may still have to wait until 10 days before the gig but it's more worth waiting if you know which tickets you actually bought.
I am sure other people gave feedback as requested after the last pre-sale. Having giving QOL both barrells due to the probelms i encountered, i was sent the pre-sale link early, allowing me to book my tickets on Wednesday, the day before the pre-sale officially started.
I booked my Manchester tickets with no apparent problem, getting an email back from Digital Stores as confirmation. I even checked my QOL Store Account and the order was confirmed there on Wednesday, along with previous orders.
On Thursday when i again checked my Account, i saw that the Manchester order wasnt there anymore, leaving me wondering what on earth was going on again.
In seeing a missing order, i automatically thought they had cocked up again. After a number of frantic emails, i eventually got an email back yesterday afternoon, confirming my order had been processed successfully.
So the answer i give to your point, the pre-sale is by no means as smooth as you say.
Hmm, glancing over at QOL it looks like there are he same problems with cancelled and unconfirmed orders. It did look better when you could at least choose the block you want.
Again many QOL members did not get the presale link.
Genuine or a ticket scam?
Someone at work today has got a link to a presale website for the added dates. I've told him not to use it as I think it's a scam. I don't want to publish the web address in case it's the real thing, but he's going ahead and buying tickets anyway. If I PM'd someone with the link would they confirm if it's genuine please? I'm not asking for the real link if it is a scam, I just want to stop him getting ripped off.
Thanks
Martyn

About time!! After the total catastrophe of April pre-sales this is very welcome!! A good kick in the balls was needed I think! Learnt their lesson I guess.
I never got sent the pre sale link the first time around, but this time I managed no problem, although I had to pay £62.50 for a ticket that costs £49.50, which is a bit annoying.
