Hi, guys! I have been going through our flac concert list and I found some broken links that I'm trying to replace. I just replaced the one for the live concert in Chicago in 1980, so I thought it'd be also a good idea to replace the link for the 1978 gig in Chicago and upload the files to mediafire, which most people who don't use torrents can benefit from. I hope you enjoy both concerts. Very good performances and very good sound. In the 1980 gig, Freddie says: "It was the first time we came here and there was not snow all over the floor", or something like that, refering to the (in)famous Chicago climate. lol So, I guess it was snowing when they did the gig in 1978. ;-))
Here's the info for this concert originally shared by user SirGH, Bob (just like Chicago 1980, he received this from the taper himself, to thanks to both). The links for the download are just below the info, and then some short comments by Ms. Bore, me. ;-)) lol

Stadium, Chicago
December 7th, 1978
Lineage: AUD > Master (Technics RS-646DS) > WAV > CDR (2) > WAV > GoldWave (edits smoothed out) > FLAC frontend level 8
I received this recording directly from the taper himself, so it simply can't get any better than this! It's a truly excellent recording. Like the Chicago 80 show, I can't see why anyone would want to distribute anything else from this date, as this version renders all the others obsolete. It is my goal that this share accomplishes exactly that.
Since 90 minute tapes were used, there are the expected slight cuts: during the Don't Stop Me Now segment, after Fat Bottomed Girls, and during We Are The Champions. GSTQ cuts out early as well. Freddie is a bit off on this night, but the quality still makes this one essential. Enjoy!

DO NOT CONVERT THIS RECORDING TO MP3/WMA/OGG or any other lossy format, unless it's for your OWN use, and nobody else's. If you want an mp3 recording of this show, then find an older share of an inferior version. The quality of this version must be maintained. If I discover that this version was converted to a lossy format, then I will NEVER share a thing here again.
It goes without question that one should include the lineage information when distributing this recording. This is how people can be certain they are receiving the best version possible."

I wanted to add that I think it's important to preserve the quality of both recordings. Both performances are very good and, for those who have already listented to the 1980 concert, I ask you to pay special attention to the wo
