Hi, friends! It's a very simple question, and I do it because none of the bootlegs I have, and I admit I don't have many, feature these songs.
Did Queen ever play live "Nevermore" and "The Fairy Feller Master's-Stroke?"
I love both songs, by the way.
Thank you all, as always!
Fairy Feller - Never EVER!
Nevermore - they played it only once; at a BBC session (not even 100% live - it had overdubs) and gave it a totally new ending with drums.
(It should be somewhere in the sharing the music forum!)

Our dear archivist has said before that Fairy Feller's may have been played live sometime in early 1974, but I can't imagine the band pulling it off successfully. (Then again, maybe that's why they never played it again... Sleeping On The Sidewalk is another case of being tried once and never played again.)
Thank you very, very much Jjeroen and Lester. I'll have to resign myself to the studio recordings then, which is not bad at all, but, well, I just wish they had played these songs live. It'd have been interesting.
Thank you again, Lester and Jjeroen!

Methinks one of those songs would be a wee bit more difficult to pull off than the other.
