I know I'm not the only one to tihnk of this...but does anyone have a list of who all exactly comes out at the end of the Freddie Mercury Tribute Concert? When Liza is singing We Are the Champions? 'Cause I swear, for the life of me, there are certain performers I don't see (like Elton John and David Bowie).
Okay, I can pick out
Metallica
Guns N'Roses
Def Leppard
Extreme
Lisa Stansfield
Roger Daltrey
Ian Hunter
George Michael
Zucchero
Tony Iommi
Some of the Scorpions
I cannot find:
Elton John
Annie Lennox
David Bowie
Robert Plant
Maybe Bowie was being an egomaniac? Can't see why Elton wouldn't come out, they were like best friends. :(
all of those artists are way below freddies level and gained massive media attention because of that show, they can thank freddie for their bigger success.

I think you'll find many of them already had Massive media attention.

Yes, I had never heard of Led Zeppelin until that show. Thanks, Fred!
And Extreme's manager sure took advantage of that media blitz. What better time to break up?
Okay, I do see Plant now--he pops up from behind Gary Cherone around midway through the final chrouses.
But you gotta cut me some slack--between Plant, Ian Hunter, Roger Daltrey, James Hetfield, and half the Def Leppard guys, the performing roster that night was a practically a big head of poofy blonde hair! Granted, the Def Leppard guys were clearly bleached blonde--but the rest looked practically identical at a glance!
Still missing in action:
Elton John
David Bowie
Annie Lennox

Never heard of Metallica, Guns N'Roses, Def Leppard, The Who, George Michael, Black Sabbath, The Scorpions, Led Zeppelin, Elton John or David Bowie.
Thank God nobody from that over rated bunch of tossers The Beatles soiled the stage with their presence.
But why wasn't a brilliant band like Treasure Moment there?

You know I just watched that part again and I don't see them either.

Hmmmm...maybe Elton and David were to emotional to appear.
