Hi,
Apologies if this has been covered already but I was wondering if anyone had a telephone number for Customer Services for QOL.
I ordered tickets from them but haven't received any email notifications to say if I was succesful or not..yet they still took the money form my account. I tried emailing them but my messages get quarantined!!
Can anyone help?
Thanks
Neil
Sorry i cant help you with a telephone number. I havent receieved a confirmation email either.
If you bought your tickets via QOL, login to the QOL Store and check 'My Orders'. All orders made by you that have been processed, will be shown in your account.
Mine shows tickets for the Liverpool gig and the Album order.
QOL wrote: For any ticket booking queries, including seat allocation, confirmation e-mails and cancelled bookings for the Queen + Paul Rodgers Pre-Sale please contact:
Digital Stores
e-mail: tickets@queenonlinestore.com
Phone: 020 8964 9020
Fax: 020 8964 9090
Which from outside the UK should be:
Phone: +44 20 8964 9020
Fax: +44 20 8964 9090
I think...

Thanks for your replies and help on this. I'll give that number a try and see what happens. I managed to get an email from QOL Customer Services asking for the order number so that they can investigate further...with any luck it will all be sorted soon.
I'd be very surprised if my order was succesful as I had connection problems and placed the order quite late in the day. I can accept this as these things happen. But I won't be happy if they've taken the money anyway knowing there aren't enough tickets to go round.
Yes, they are very strange. In fact, I had paid for the Album club but could not log in the club. I sent email to them but no answer. I still can not log in.
That site is not well-organized with limit function and it is difficult to find what I want.
Who manages that site? It is becoming worse.
Quick update (and thanks to gnomo btw):
Just called Digital Stores and they say my booking is confirmed..which I am very surprised about!
Also, managed to get a standing ticket for the O2 Arena from Ticketmaster so it's worth checking back on that site in case any more come up.
I finally got access to 'The Album Club' and it's a great asset in preparation for the new album. However, the professionalism is upsetting! I cannot even beginning to count the number of grammatical errors on the website. I swear a bunch of idiots must be running that website.
