Have some rest now, you brave soldier, you won the "Who will upload first" contest and made a lot of people happy here. Just took a look at Xvid file while downloading Flac and DVD files, and damn the Queen are still good rockers. If I had to give my opinion about that, and stop being objective, the weak point in my opinion is the chorus , but Roger fans will tell you that it is a good one. Anyway, I really enjoyed Paul's voice, one of the best assets of rock music I read somewhere... True ! We can't say that is voice is bad, it truely fits to the heavy guitar parts of Brian. Let's observe his range on future recordings. Roger is in great form too, maybe he should have changed its costume, midway between a waiter and a snooker player, but that doesn't change that he is very efficient drummer. Brian rocky as always, a longer solo on the tour will be absolutely needed too IMHO. We can't avoid comparing Paul to Freddie, and I must say that his voice on this track is much better than the few songs I could hear from the 2005 tour (no experience of the 2006 one). Maybe not Freddie but quite efficient too, the alchemy seems to be here. But he will probably deceive me as far as songwriting is concerned. Freddie is (was, sorry) unbeatable on that field. Hey, A Queen + Paul Rodgers album and tour is many times better than a Queen + 5ive album and tour, don't you think ? I'm quite reassured about Queen's (immediate) future, at least in the studio field. Let's see what's next !! Many thanks for that GREAT much-needed share. No you just beat the Album Club by far !!! Regards, Olivier, France. |

Hey, the quality's better than it seemed off my tv! And I watched it on a freeview AND cable provider. What's the source? Sky? Thanks, Adam. |

Source: Sky Digital Broadcast - ITV Captured: Philips Standalone DVD recorder What I'm wondering is if he made it anamorphic the same way I do with my Philips.. set the recorder to 16:9 and it records HD/digital widescreen squeezed to full-frame, then patch the DVD files (on hard drive) to add the proper display flags. LOL.. that probably doesn't make sense but at least i know what I'm saying. |

The file sfrom the DVD recorder are not in the correct ratio so I used IFOedit when making the DVD so that it would play in true widescreen. Glad you guys enjoy the DVD. See you in Glasgow in October! |
