I got an email yesterday from QOL, confirming my order was recieved at 1.03pm, 3 minutes after the 1.00pm start time.
24 hrs later, i have just recevied an email from QOL (see pasted below).
Dear Customer,
Thank you for your recent order.
Unfortunately, your order has been cancelled due to a problem with your payment. The payment was later processed despite the order having been cancelled. We are not able to re-activate your cancelled order and you will therefore need to place a new order on the website.
As we are currently processing thousands of orders, unfortunately when there are high volumes of payments going through, there are occasionally payment errors which result in orders being cancelled. If we have sold out of the tickets that you require, from Saturday, tickets will be available on general release from an alternative ticket outlet.
I can confirm that your account has been refunded and this will show on your next statement.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience or disappointment that this may have caused.

I am totally gutted. There was no problem with the payment, as they debited my bank account and then paid the money back to me at some point.
Has anyone else got such an email?
What makes it more annoying, is the fact that QOL today advises there are still seats left in the pre-sale for Liverpool and it was seats i applied for, 2 seats in total.
Not a very happy chappy here!!!!

I've had exactly the same message for tickets I booked in Cardiff!!! I am f****** furious about this. I spent £62.40 over this and have demanded an immediate refund! They will refund your money but that's not the point. I WILL NEVER TRUST THESE WANKERS AGAIN!!! They take your money process it and cancel the f****** order!!!. This is the second time this has happened to me so you can understand why I'm not happy!!
Apologising is not good enough!! I'm going for general sales 9.00 Saturday. If you log on early enough you should get tickets through ticketmaster. Ticketmaster are geniuses compared to Queenonline!!
They are more professional with the option of not paying a delivery charge. I just hope that I get a standing ticket on Saturday otherwise it will be ebay for me. Total pissed off with all this pre sales business. Good if you have managed to get a ticket bit a f****** nightmare all the same.!! Dates for gigs wrong, 10% booking charge, £7.95 for delivery, undercharging fan club members for Cardiff tickets by £10.00 - what a bloody shambles. Joke system devised by jokers.

You've been messed round as well!! QOL pre-sales has been a fucking disaster - I've been complaining for the last few days!! Had you been overdrawn I would have sent it to them for a refund!!! or even better threaten legal action. Stirring the shit storm here is the answer!!!
I would never ever book tickets through these fuckers again!! Somebody needs to give these bastards a good fucking kicking!! Totally incompetent, (even though fans got tickets)abysmal customer service, overcharging, mixed up dates and so on!! It beggars belief that fans just sit back and accept it. Something needs to be done here - but people are just content to get their tickets and that's it!!
People haven't learnt at all have they!!! Pre-sales last time with Brixton was a lottery and a disaster. Hope Brian is aware of what's going on and Jacky has been overselling tickets as well.

I've now had to contact them in regards to my 'album club' membership not being recognized, and first I was referred to another party, whom merely sent me a form mail regarding ticket purchases.
So I can confirm that they indeed suck. Queen Productions needs to fire these idiots and hire a company capable of handling high-demand and proper, individual customer care.
