Does anyone get a message at the Checkout for tickets, to enter your email address and password?
I have recevied my email about the pre-sale from QOL, but i have no idea what my password is for my QOL account.
I thought no password was required to get the tickets?
you have to register first in order to proceed with your booking (enter delivery address, credit card details). This can be done without an 'external' password, just register and choose your password while you are on the booking site. It is quite complicated to find the right buttons, I already forgot how I managed to do it, as I tried several times, too...
By the way, it says that tickets will be shipped 7-10 days prior to the concert date, is this true? Why that late???
I have go standing tickets for Liverpool by the Arena's own website, but the seats on offer are right at the back.
For the sake of my wife, i want to try and get seats closer to the stage, that's why i am aorried about passwords. I have the QOL email, but havent got a clue what my QOL password is...... 20 mins till i try at 1.00pm!
as posted by someone else in the other topic (presaler - a joke): you can (at least I could 1 hour ago) use the QOL site without having any password to be sent to me, register during booking of tickets (for London, standing), and proceed to credit card details etc.
Just try! No need to wait for getting any password (I think this will not happen).
I didn't wait for the 1pm start time and booked through QOL - I could not remember my password either, in fact I don't think I ever got one! - just registered using the little button on the page and sent credit card details. It seems the early bird catches the worm! (hopefully)
