I once asked Bob about this and he didn't have any more info about it. Perhaps that footage doesn't even exist.

These were on the "best recordings" page, but I thought I'd separate the two types of recordings. Screenshots will take so long to do, and I really don't have the time for it. Pikkolo Luca's site has screens for most of them.
