In the 'One Vision' you wrote that only Roger was author of the lyrics which is wrong. It was written by Freddie, Brian and Roger and i dont know about John for 100% because he was on vacation for some time while the song was mainly done by three of them... am i right?
at least you can correct credits to Freddie, Brian and Roger as i dont know for John.. but i know it's not just Roger thats 100%...
all other things are great on the site, i love it. thank you!
Thank you. I doubt Brian had any input there though... you can see in the video that it's mostly Roger and Freddie. I must correct that (and many other things) sooner or later.
Based on:
- Rog's 'that rotter Freddie' comment
- The lyrical structure ('one... one...') as in '...Magic'
- Rog's quote in GVHII Audio Commentary
- Indeed, the 20 minutes of video
For the moment, I don't think we've got better sources. Credits say 'Queen', which would put John and Brian on the same level. For that matter, there's no footing of Brian composing 'Scandal', or a comment confirming the music is his.
'Vision' is definitely 'not just Roger', but for that matter 'It's a Hard Life' is 'not just Freddie', 'Friends' is 'not just Freddie/John', etc.

you said this good. ACCEPTED BY FRED.
he was chief of the song and he acted like one during writing lyrics. i think he has highest input int this particular song.

How can you judge about the whole song-writing process by 20 mins of video? There are some more proofs, more 'scientific' than chaotical funny video snippets.
Besides that - it's obvious that Fred's accepted lyrics written by someone else (Roger) for this particular song, if you look at the video, so Seb's "Words by Roger" are correct, in my opinion.
