It was released to fan club members only on TDK audio cassettes with a photocopied insert at a ridiculously low price to help with fan club funds. Hardly "Official".

Commercially released "official bootleg", so official, irrespective of how you'd like to wish otherwise
Which part of Not Official you don't understand?
the "Not Of" or the "ficial" part?
Not released by EMI Records Ltd.
Not released by Parlophone.
Not released by Capitol.
Not released by Queen or Raincloud or Nightjar or Mercury or Duck Productions under the exclusive license to EMI Records Ltd.
Nor EMI Electrola or Elektra or Trident.
In short, Not "Officially" / Commercially released.
Kampai!

I could name 5000 other record labels that DIDN'T release it, and 5 million shops that DIDN'T sell it, but that wouldn't change the fact that it was commercially released (for money) by the fan club. Even if the writers and performers waived all their royalty rights as a gesture towards the fanclub, the copyright still resides in the recording (which is itself not a ROIO).
How about we upload it to Dime ,and see how their mods - independent experts - deal with it?
Okay, I'll try to be a bit clearer than before.
No, I can't.
Point is... the fan club "commercialized" this like a kid do sell lemonade on the street... putting a "very low-symbolic" price on it... and guv tax people won't chase after the kid to make him pay VAT and stuff, right?
After all, as you said, we should ask some mod from Dime (we cannot upload this in mp3 format) if this really applies as "official" stuff.
And... this was shared here 3 years ago and Astoria 1990 which it ::should:: count as official as well and nothing ever happened, why "something" should happen ::right now:: ?
I accept that it has almost certainly been on here before, but see that as no reason to tempt fate by doing so again.
I don't agree with your analogy, but feel the chances of persuading you that I am right are about the same as me believing that you are right...

I don't need to be persuaded, I don't try to persuade you. But I really have the feeling that nothing will ever happen if this show, official or not, remains here.
Mind that still a lot of official stuff is being shared / seeded 'round here. Even after stating new QZ's rules of not sharing "official" stuff.
