I already posted a topic with questions some time ago, but I have some more :-)
1- How did the video recording of 31.03.1974 (rainbow) leaked out? Considering the quality is terrible and is very incomplete... I´m even more curious.
2- Is there REALLY a 10 minute version of Face It Alone??? Or is it just a mashup of some short takes?
3- Is there some high quality version of the full 11 minute Stealin´ demo out there? I only have a bad MP3.
4- Has any good soundboard recording of Hyde Park 1976 survived? Is there really a "Capitol Radio Transcription Disc" out there? I already know there is a audience recording, I have a sample (I would like to have the full recording, but it still seems to be one of those "trade-only" shows...)
5- This one has to be for John S. Stuart :P ... What is the lenght of the Hangman Acetate track? Just very, very curious.
6- How did the Queen community discovered that in the first show of the NOTW tour "Sleeping on the Sidewalk" was played? Where did that information come from? Did Freddie sing lead vocals?
7- Has anyone ever heard and/or own The Hague 1974 or Finland 1974? If you heard/own it, how would you rate the quality of the sound and is there any chance of sharing it.
8- How did the information of the failure of the recording equipment of the Luxembourg 1973 concert showed up?
9- Are there any recordings of Queen shows in Australia in 1976?
Thanks in advance, I hope this topic produces some nice answers for I´m sure that there are more people with the same questions :-)
2 - the full version is only an urban legend, there are 3 approx. 2-3 min long takes.
3 - I have an excellent quality mp3
4 - the multi track master tapes are in Queen archives, as you can see from ANATO anniversary DVD.
Also the audience recording is very good, but recorded far from the stage
1) WHO KNOWS
2) Yes as mentioned
3) i also have an excellent mp3 version
4) I remember reading in record collector years ago that a capital radio disc would fetch £200 and that there were only 5 or so in existence.
5) Yes i would love to know that to i would guess at 5mins 30 seconds.
6)According to greg brooks' queen live book it was tried once before being dropped because it didn't sound good, from a source only greg has.

Thanks
Anyway, I doubt Sleeping on The Sidewalk could ever sound bad live! Easy song, "playable" riffs and solo, easy for vocals... I can easily imagine Freddie doing lead vocals with the other guys on choruses... It surely would sound better than some crap songs they played back in 77, this might be a personal opinion but Get Down Make Love was always the worst moment in any Queen concert, IMHO. But ok, Freddie had to put the sex somewhere in the set... let´s drop a good song for that.
Didn't they just play the intro of it (sleeping on the sidewalk) and then moved on with the next song.?
The only evidence would be an actual recording of it, cause i think Brian and Rog already forgot it by now.
