WoooooHooooo!!!!!!! Take THAT Treasure Moment!!!!! BON JOVI is half way there Whoa-oh!!! Queen's livin' on a prayer!!!! I thought you said it was a FACT that Queen was #1. And now the website THAT YOU VOTE ON EVERY DAY is wrong. Richie Sambora OWNS Brian May. :) ... I wish I could name some other members to let TM know the FACTS, but after they receive their award I'm sure every member of Bon Jovi will be a household name... As they should be! Think I'll go watch U-571 now. After I go vote for Bon Jovi, of course. It's pretty easy to vote more than once. Don't we all have Windows Explorer? |

Back To Topic... There's got to be something fundamentally wrong with that poll. I mean, Bon Jovi is still in the game! And Led Zeppelin is out! And now The Beatles is gonna get knocked out. I wouldn't be surpriced if Bon Jovi win this 'title' in the end. Anyway, I smell something here... |
| Smitty 01.02.2008 13:12 |
Because it's only the obsessed and possibly 13-year-old freaks (Queenzone, and whatever Bon Jovi forum equivalent) who vote for their bands obsessively. Respectable rock music fans (fans of The Who and other great bands that were eliminated WAY too early) wouldn't care enough to vote on a crappy, second rate music poll that will disappear into obscurity up to 12 minutes after it ends. Of course, if you're voting to upset a certain population of childish persian music-nazis, it's acceptable. |

you are an ignorant c*nt. think about it...you have completely dismissed THE BAND that changed popular music culture. because "you have heard a few songs and they're rubbish" i am going to humour you...this ONE TIME...but if you come back and say these songs are shit/not as good as queen/average or anything else then you will only prove yourself to be the complete and utter cretinous imbecile everybody round here thinks you are so try these tracks, come back and THEN pass judgement:- nowhere man, norwegian wood, in my life, taxman, i'm only sleeping, tomorrow never knows, here there and everywhere, penny lane, strawberry fields forever, we can work it out, rain, paperback writer, fool on the hill, back in the ussr, while my guitar gently weeps, i will, she's leaving home, lucy in the sky with diamonds, dear prudence, blackbird, come together, maxwell's silver hammer, here comes the sun, you never give me your money, golden slumbers, carry that weight, two of us, across the universe, the long and winding road, get back there's plenty in there...and if you listen properly - you can even hear the songs that influnced queen |

Sorry to interrupt but, I think it's bullcrap that Led Zeppelin came in at 4th place and Bon Jovi is currently at 2nd place. I don't really think that this website determines who is the best band. It determines whose fans are the most loyal. Let's face it. Jimmy Page and Jimi Hendrix are better guitarists than Brian. Yet, Brian is coming in at number 1 on the list, while Page is #3 and Hendrix is #4. It's not about the band. It's about the fans. And we Queen fans (well, some of us) seem to be the most loyal fans out there. That's my little speech. I'm not saying that Queen AREN'T the best band. In our opinion, they truly are! I'm just saying that no website will ever determine who truly IS "the best rock band ever", since there are many fans without the Internet and there are many more bands to come. |

And now The Beatles is gonna get knocked out. I wouldn't be surpriced if Bon Jovi win this 'title' in the end. Anyway, I smell something here...It's easy... The Beatles, the Led Zeps, The Who et. al. have absolutely nothing to demonstrate. This kind of polls are mostly won by wannabee bands and players who want to reach the heights of real musicians. Do you believe The Rolling Stones or The Who legacy are at jeopardy because a damn internet poll? |

It's very funny, not to say strange, Ritchie Sambora and Bon Jovi are among the favorites in votes for number one in yours categories. It's more than clear and obvious that there is a conspiracy among those who organized this vote on this site! Someone not realized this yet? it will be that nobody still doubted this??... |

What will this world be like once Bon Jovi is the Greatest Band Ever? Personally, I think it could really jumpstart the US economy and get things rolling again. It could have a positive effect on the peace talks in the middle east. It may change the course of the North Korean nuclear program, significantly. Please vote for Bon Jovi, unless you like the way things have been going... |
