What are your favorite movies?
Let's discuss about them here!
I like Tim Burton's movies very much such as The Nightmare Before Christmas, Edward Scissorhands, Corpse Bride, etc.
And I really like the movies of Johnny Depp and Nicole Kidman :)

The Lion King
Van Helsing (I know it didn't get the best reviews but for some reason it is a favorite of mine...after watching it, I read Bram Stoker's Dracula and from then on I became incredibly fascinated with the occult...also the computer animated monsters were wicked cool)
Dog Soldiers! Best low budget werewolf movie I have ever seen.
And pretty much some werewolf classics-The Howling, An American Werewolf in London, An American Werewolf in Paris...The Wolfman wasn't bad for an old black and white movie, either.
And Ginger Snaps kind of grew on to me.
And for comedies...well, I think Rat Race wins hands down.
And for drama...THE GREEN MILE. Best fucking stephen king movie ever. And The Stand would be my second favorite...loooved The Stand...so far I've only watched it twice, but that is quite a lot considering it's a six hour long movie... :)
I appreciate movies like Garden State, and adore movies like Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, and yet I fucking hate them.
It's always fucked in the last five minutes. The bullshit happy endings, always get on my goddamn nerves.
That Hollywood can make a movie that's at all relevant to me and then slap me in the face for trusting them by catering to the lowest common denominator and practically having rainbows and bluebirds for the big finish.....
Jesus Christ.

Hmm... huhuh. xD
RHPS, Labyrinth, Cabaret, Monty Python (The Meaning of Life&The Holy Grail), Clue, The Graduate, Goodfellas, The Godfather, A Clockwork Orange, Amadeus... Geh.

Lord of the Rings (1,2,3...Hobbit please!), Labyrinth, The Dark Crystal, Nightmare Before Christmas, Stardust, Muppet Treasure Island, all three Python films (but especially Life of Brian), A.I., Hot Fuzz, Edward Scissorhands, Sean of the Dead, Clerks, Sleepy Hollow, Alien, Howl's Moving Castle, Pirates o' the Caribbean trilogy (for sheer silliness), Spaceballs, Sweeney Todd, Pan's Labyrinth, original Star Wars trilogy, Moulin Rouge, Dr. Strangelove, Spirited Away, Brazil, The Princess Bride, Dogma, Serenity, The Adventures of Baron Munchausen, The Thing, 2001: A Space Odyssey, Dog Day Afternoon, Mystery Science Theater 3000: The Movie, Rocky Horror Picture Show, Castle in the Sky, Hellboy, Batman Begins, half of The Brothers Grimm, First Knight, Robin Hood: Men in Tights, the Evil Dead trilogy...I really love movies, okay?

Some of my favorites are Sleepless in Seattle, The Breakfast Club, Detroit Rock City, South Park: Bigger, Longer, and Uncut, Pretty in Pink, Back to the Future trilogy, Sixteen Candles, Rock 'n' Roll High School, Harry Potter series, Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory (original kicks remake's ass), James and the Giant Peach, Spider Man movies :), Batman (80's version with Michael Keaton), and I can't think of anymore at the moment. I love vampire movies and my favorites are Interview With The Vampire and Bram Stoker's Dracula. :D
