I googled, checked on line vendors, read some of the threads previously here... I don't think anybody's got a copy.
Camelot (1967) was a very good musical, starring Richard Harris and Franco Nero. The music is much better, and the production was flawless. I'd go with that or West Side Story.
There isnt any video from time on youtube,But there are audio recordings and soundboard audioclips on youtube,So its pretty nice to listen to him for the last ever time LIVE!!
There are video's of "the making of TIME" on you tube. There is a very tiny little piece of it in the "Magic Years" video trilogie. I think, that's coming from an official cam and the rest? ...it should exist, but i think that Dave Clark hasn't given it away yet...as he obviously din't think it was that good...not good enough for a release. But he does own a filmed live performance from the "Give TIME for aids" gala from April 14th in 1987. Freddies last ever live performance. I was there, and have seen a camera there filming the event. I talked about this with Dave Clark at the pre-launch party (invites only) of the Freddie Mercury Picture Exhibition in the Royal Albert hall in 1995. He said then, that the musical itself wan't that spectacular and that he himself wasn't all too happy with the endresult of the live-show. But the album was. So he left it to just that. Few pictures do exist of Freddie and Cliff onstage. Let's just hope and pray one day the musical will see the light of day in theatre's like WWRY....cheers!
