As requested I share the concert at the Ice Stadium in Stockholm on April the 10th in 1982 It was the second gig of the Hot Space tour and has some special moments. After "Get Down, Make Love" the audience began to sing "We Will Rock You" and Freddie also started to sing it. Later Freddie started to sing the first line of Save Me: "It started off so well... " but Brian didn't play along on the piano. Freddie stopped and commented: "It didn't start off so fucking well!" After which he laughed and they both started the song off together again. And Queen performed the song "Not Fade Away" from the Rolling Stones. Absolutely a nice recording and here it comes: Lineage: "Live Under Pressure" - silver (Breakdown Records)--> wav(EAC)--> flac (TLH) Level 8 CD 1: 01. Flash (Intro) 02. The Hero 03. Hi ! I downloaded all the files, not without problem for part 2 but with patience it finally worked. Click on the second part of the link shared here, because the first one leads to something else not related to this. When I clicked on the second part of this link, then it warned me of an Internet Explorer error two or three times, then it worked on the fourth attempt. Hope you'll get it !! Regards, Olivier, France. |

Ducksoup wrote: There is also a first generation tape of this show in circulation. Does somebody has info on that?Yep... strangely, it sounds worse than this. However, this recording has the infamous crackling sound added. This was released when Gypsy Eye were making their shift to becoming Breakdown (they wanted to be a CDR label, probably to save on production costs). This was one of the first Breakdown releases, back in 2003. They were still purposely destroying their recordings at the time, but they haven't done it for years now, thankfully. As for this particular recording, either the "first gen" is mislabled, or the unaltered master is out there. |

Thank you! p.s.: link 2 works, at least, I could download from it. |

Yes, SCOM asked me to re upload the second part, but I don't think it is really useful (and to be honest I already deleted the rar files and kept the Flac, usually I keep them for one week or two for people in this case). I had to try several times, but as some others I could download it. So in the end you might get it, quite sure you could. Anyway, if next week anybody still needs some tracks I would be happy to upload anew those that would be missing. Remember to click on the second part of the link for 2nd rar file, or it won't offer you what you want, but aonther file instead (and so it won't be useful for you !). To beg your pardon I will probably upload one or two bootlegs next week, ("King favourite" and "Live In Montreal"), depending on how much time left my boss would like to let me... Grrr... Hope everybody will get this concert anyway in the end !! regards, Olivier, France. |

To be fair, though, they deliver a blistering performance of Bohemian. Freddie and Taylor are totally on fire. The grand finale is downright perfect. The "oh-oh-oh baby" is executed without ANY vibrato. ANY. It's smooth from beginning to end. That's just awesome. I had just heard it and it's beautiful. His voice flows perfectly through the RIGHT (important lol) note without any need of break or use of vibrato. Great. Damn great. |
