I just thought I'd invite some comments on the video for Headlong. I thought Fredie's mincy dance at 2 mins 20 secs was hillarious- almost evoking his Great Pretender jig. I have to say as a performance video it's a classic and full marks to Doro for making it such a fun video under hard circumstances. Any thoughts on it as a video?
A depressing video for me. I admire the heart and the courage, but it was the first time I knew for sure the rumours were true and that Freddie was not long for the world.

Great video, especially towards the end when Freddie hunches over and dances like a gorilla!
For me it is very obvious to see that Freddie is pretty ill at that time, he has the death in his eyes. The song is nice and happy and I think it is unbelievable that he was so flexible and active during those circumstances.
I think the video itself is well shot, nice stage and decors and the footage behind the mixing desks is very nice as well..
All footage of Freddie after 88-89 is precious to me because he was so ill...
Probably this video wouldnt be so special if Freddie was not ill. When I see it, i just feel so so so sorry for him...he was really suffering but always kept his smile on. What a great guy...
i think that the HEADLONG videoclip is quite good because......... You can see a SERIOUSLY ill freddie but he still has some fun,Where did he managed to get his energy from because he weighted 110lbs.

Queenmuseum.com says
an ex+ copy of the rare dutch Keep Yourself Alive sold for approx 700 euro (oct. 15th 2006).
A vg++/ex copy of the same single from Hollland was sold on ebay also on Sept 19th for 1065 euro.
Has anyone else ever noticed that freddie appears to be asleep on the shelf during the last "SO strong". near the end of the video about (3:50 into it)?
Wherever Freddie is, I don't think he's too happy that people like Headlong because he had AIDS more than they would if he hadn't had AIDS.
He didn't like 'pity' and I don't know where people get the idea he was 110 lbs in the video. Where's the quotes? A LINK? A VIDEO? Wikipedia doesn't mean shit. So don't even think about that! I could go on wikipedia and say Freddie weighed 65 lbs in These Are The Days Of Our Lives, and you'd go out and tell everyone that he really did, even though it wouldn't be true.

Yeah,
I actually told my young nephew that Freddie had died during the making of the video and that they just left him on the bottom shelf.
Scared the shit out of him, but not as much as the last shot of Freddie poking his tongue out and then freeze-framing...
For effect, I shouted out ghost noises during that last frame; my nephew fucking ran SCREAMING.
Goddamn that was funny.

hey guys,
this is my first post. been a queen fan since my uncle came back from Slane, Ireland gig in '86 with the Mr Bad Guy album.
Just wondering if anyone has an idea when this actual promo was shot. To me it looks like late 1990, considering it was released in '91.
any thoughts.

Hear me please.
I love a dancing of Freddie in the screen. It is, like you says, implementing a majesty.
I love the extra bisschen after the first choir.
Queen rock.
