Okay.
I know in my blog I said I didn't like it that much.
But I watched it again, and I am now OBSESSED. D:
I think it is my favorite movie.
Who has seen it...what's your favorite part?
Mine is either the beginning where they're in the MilkBar place...or the part where he kicks his friends into the water.
:D

Welly welly welly well my dobby droogs. I love to viddy A Clockwork Orange, it's really horrorshow. It's the best movie ever in my opinion.
So let us all peet some moloko for our leader, the king of Ultraviolence, Alex de Large.
"You sold me a crummy watch."
You know what you can do with that watch? Stick it up your arse! Ha ha!
I've been meaning to buy a used copy of the book online but I keep forgetting.
Mr. Nice Guy wrote: Oh you people get preoccupied with this mediocre films. Director Stanley Kubkicks films fall into two categories, the great ones like Lolita, Barry Lyndon, 2001: A Space Odyssey. And the ones that are like violent live action cartooons, A Clockwork Orange, The Shining, Full Metal Jacket. His photographic composition and use of music and sound rarely fail to impress, but his logic, dialogue and direction of his cast and sense of taste can leave quite a bit to be desired in his lesser films.
WhatEVER!
A Clockwork Orange and The Shining are GREAT movies. I don't know about Full Metal Jacket, because I've not seen all of it. But A Clockwork Orange is SO gooooood. D:
'Full Metal Jacket' is brilliant.
Gunnery Sergeant Hartman owns that movie. After he gets shot that movie loses interest. I know it's an essential part of the movie, but the Sgt. Hartman movie quotes are the best by any movie character ever.
the Cult has used the soundtrack to open its shows on the 2006 "Return to Wild" tour and 2007 "Born Into This" tour
pretty eerie sounds before the Marshall stacks ignite

Do you mean the synthesized Bach music?
That would be a sweet intro.
Mr. Nice Guy wrote: Whatever right back at you Kaylee. And Mr. Jingles, R. Lee Ermey who plays sergeant Hartman was at one time a marine drill sergeant in real life. I believe he made his motion picture debut in The Boys From Company C in which he plays surprise, a marine drill sergeant, which was directed by Sydney Furie who also directed the film Iron Eagle. Queens One Vision is heard in that film.
I think you need a certain intellectual level to appreciate A Clockwork Orange, which is the best movie I've ever seen.
