Kind of like Bill Murray doing Star Wars from the 70's.
I have to agree with that. And may I just say, I hate the Korg piano sound! Ugh... I won't mention my usual recording stuff cause I get the feeling it won't be wanted. The vocal "popping" in and back out was distracting.
Adam.
I'll put it here. I'm also working on "It's late".
Like all my covers it's basically just going to sound like the original (but not as good!)
I'm a bit delayed as my gig schedule is pretty intense through New Year's Day.

The chord progressions during the verses are really different. Interesting.
I miss the backing vocals. . . "You can do it, you can do it, you can go and set them FREEEEEEE!"
Hey, I really didn't mean to turn this into a thread about my upcoming covers.
Sorry!
I'll send them up when I'm finished, but like I said it'll be awhile. I'm very busy right now.
Anyway, to the cover we're supposed to be discussing: I do appreciate that the performer tried to do something different. It takes guts to do that, and creativity, regardless of the outcome.
