I wonder do many people see John anywhere - in the supermarket etc. I'd love to see him in person because he is 1/4 of Queen that has just disappeared off the radar. I'd be shocked if I saw him, imagine it'd be like seeing Freddie.
People must wonder sometimes if they said, 'see that guy, he was in the band Queen' - no one would probably believe you, still think it's amazing, he was such a contrast to Freddie, yet it worked.
You've got to be kidding me. This is a "serious discussion" about John? You sat there on the computer and said "I've gotta start a new thread... what if someone saw John in the supermarket", and then you put it to words?
I would think a "serious discussion" about John would be something more like:
John's tone sounded much different on The Game than previous albums. Did he change guitars or maybe the pickups in the guitar?
or maybe
I was very disappointed that John blasted Brian and Roger publicly for there re-work of WWRY. I thought he was retired and wished them all the best?
but you've simply reduced it to:
John is so hot. I wish I could meet him. Does anyone else think so?
Please come back when you've got something a little better.
Does anyone actually care about John Deacon?
Honestly, big fucking deal... there wouldn't be more than a handful of people here who have even seen him, much the less actually know him.
That phony psychic who wrote her bullshit novel about talking to Freddie in the afterlife, she should do a sequel about John Deacon in retirement.

I can see it now, a mysterious man who was once known to the world as John Deacon: Bassist Extraordinaire, but now known to the cul de sac he lives in as "the balding man who wears beige knitted jumpers". A gripping new novel documenting the recent life of Queen's enigma.
(I vote we just let him enjoy rolling about in his well-earned millions!)
