I don't know, I have downloaded it a couple of months before from the Queen hub.
Edit : the info provided by Ginger is identical to the info file provided with this concert, so I would say it is the same concert.

Seemed the best quality of this show Cologne 74. Do you know if the audio was edited at the correct speed? Or I need to edit?
