I spend in medium 30 min in one week in front of a computer now. Most of these minutes are to see my email, now that our phisic teacher sends the answers of the exercices per email. There's simply no time for more.
So if you're scared about this, you would be much more scared if you see how manny hours most teenagers spend in computers doing stupid things in one day.
