Ah yes, this is "The Champions" from US TV, broadcast on 12-21-79. The live material is a compilation of Paris 2-28-79 and 3-1-79, as well as Tokyo 4-25-79. Much of the audio is dubbed from Live Killers.
...just so that people don't go labeling it as Feb 27th again.
Oh, THANK YOU! I had not seen this before. The problem with my going to youtube is I go from one video to the next to the next to the next and pretty soon, a few hours have slipped away, and I don't get anything else done. It is ridiculous how much I love this group. I find it fascinating to watch the many incarnations of Freddie Mercury; such as the very delicate Freddie at Hyde Park singing operatic ballads in his pure white leotard, to this Paris video where he is so forceful, strong and in your face, to the Montreal dvd where he is so incredibly graceful and slinky, and on through Wembley Magic where he owns that stage.

It's NOT from the 27th. Here is the complete synopsis of the 1979 footage seen on "The Champions" (in the running order of a concert from the time period):
Let Me Entertain You - Paris 2-28-79 (intro from 3-1-79)
Fat Bottomed Girls (intro) - Paris 3-1-79
Get Down Make Love - some of the middle section from Paris 2-28-79
Now I'm Here - Paris 2-28-79
Brian introducing Roger before '39 - Tokyo 4-25-79
Tie Your Mother Down - Paris 2-28-79 and 3-1-79
Sheer Heart Attack - 15 seconds of Roger from 2-28-79, rest from Tokyo 4-25-79
We Will Rock You - 10 seconds of Roger from 2-28-79, rest from Tokyo 4-25-79
We Are The Champions - Paris 3-1-79
God Save The Queen - Tokyo 4-25-79
I'm talking only about the footage, as much of the audio is dubbed from Live Killers, rather than assuming that the videos are of the performances that were used for Live Killers.
This should be a sticky, to ensure that a video from "2-27-79" is never posted here again. Unless of course, a genuine video from that date emerges.. :)
