Is this a conversion from mpegs>joined to DVD?you mean VCD mpegs? But this is QZ.......so yes.........LOLOL That word "joined" wouldn't be in the torrent title unless something wrong had been done.So it's not even worth downloading to look IMO.Its a trade pool polluter.A stealth DVD.Crap on a disc, whatever way you look at it. I suppose i'm meant to be grateful for someone destroying history. When things like stealthing VCD to DVD happen,my thx goes to the person who has the original untouched version preserved whether we see it or not. |

Even if this was a 2 discs DVD mpeg version converted joined I'd rather not get it and go for the untouched DVD version. |

I am happy to have a mpg1(!) VCD copy of Rory Gallagher at Middlessex 1979 from the well know ROCK MASTERS label. And I tell you: pictures and sound on the mpg1 have the same quality as our ROCK MASTERS Queen Hammersmith 75 DVD! Its stupid to judge and reject a show, only because its mesures and values. Use your eyes and ears, and then make a decision. |

Use your eyes and ears, and then make a decision. We don't have anything against VCD. Of course the VCD version of Hammy 75 from Rock Masters is the best version available as well. Point is, the best version available should be around if possible, Brian's gig in this case. Besides, it's easier for uploaders & downloaders with crappy broadband connections to share a VCD than a DVD, there is no point of converting VCD or even SVCD to DVD when u can upload the stuff you have in the original format you obtained it. It's just like distributing FLAC shows encoded from MP3, don't you think? ;-) |

Use your eyes and ears, and then make a decision. If you watch it on a half-decent TV, it will be a bunch of squares instead of clear, fluent picture. Most of the Queen DVDs I've traded for are like this, because people choose to create DVDs from VCD/SVCD, which of course isn't true DVD. And in many cases, the audio has digital noise that is clearly audible. I have trained my ears, so I can hear these things. But for those who haven't got trained ears, the best way to train them is to compare a lossy and lossless version of the same recording. In many cases, the difference is striking. Until this place bans lossy stuff, most people aren't going to notice the difference, and they'll keep asking for VCD quality because the files are smaller and more convenient, since that's the only difference they can see. |

| rainywish 04.11.2007 16:52 |
Anybody, can you seed some more? I'm from Moscow but I got the gig only on VHS (in very bad quality). it was my first and only time I was able to visit Queen-related gig. (Oh, no, also afterparty.) 1998 live was unforgettable, very tender, full of love and heartache. (Is my English clear?) |
| rainywish 10.11.2007 18:41 |

I'd never seen it and I ain't sure the video exists. the audio I think is the worse quality, I'd heard only a couple of songs. by the way, in Russia Brian sang TSMGO. |

Art work Please!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
| rainywish 11.11.2007 16:57 |
my English is far from perfect, sorry. i dont understand what is art work. wont you explain, please? |
| GuitarMay 11.11.2007 17:22 |
yes rainywish, artwork is the same of cover. I have a lot of covers of bootlegs of Cds and DvDs, so much of Queen, as of other bands that I like, no this show in Russia but I'm right that great designers as Jean Jealune, Alex Solan among others, in a little while of the time , give a present with covers that lack us. |
