Would somebody please write a simple HTML word-changer program so that text displayed on a web page can be automatically changed to another word or phrase?
I have searched endlessly and can't find anything like this. I don't want a pig latin generator or content filtering, I need a simple utility which will load up a page's text with some words replaced.
Example: I never want to see "britney" on news sites. I need something that will change every instance of "britney" to something of my choosing, say "non-news: talentless slut".
Please!
A Firefox plug-in perhaps...
You know how you can do this in Notepad and things like that, for example you're viewing an erotic story and want to replace every instance of "wet clam" to "mr. stiffy". Notepad et al will go through and change it for you.
I've had a little play around but I'm not having much luck. I did get it to replace Britney with the words "Children's slutty tart" but can't seem to find a way of getting the children out of there.
Maybe someone else will be able to help.

I'm pretty sure I did, now that you mention it. I wasn't sure.. but with the mad cow and everything I have memory problems. ....If only I could forget Britney.
