Deleted: If this breaches copyright - I would not like for myself or Queenzone to get into any trouble over this. (Especially myself!). Even though the track has NOT been released, and is NOT official product. So how is it that other UNRELEASED studio tracks (Hot Space, Innuendo & Miracle demos) ARE available for download without even a hint of objection - as they too must come under the same umbrella - and they too must be overseen by the lawyers of QPL? (Unfortunately, the question remains academic!). face-it-alone: You are correct. These tracks were originally recorded in 1993, but were on the cusp of being officially released in 2000 as part of a CD single to promote the box-set. I only use the 2000 date to differentiate from all the other 1993 remixes. (In otherwords easy identification). Love Kills (Synthesised version) Love Kills (Jazzy Mix) 4:45 Love Kills (Symphony Version) 3:37 |

Not 2000 release, but 1993! Love Kills (radio edit) 3:47 no more prod. Also: Love Kills (Jazzy Mix) 4:45 Love Kills (Symphony Version) 3:37 (this is a beautiful classical remix, should be released!) Be aware of lawyers from Queen Productions (aka Jim Beach) |

Hi Jjeroen, what do you mean by: "Err... something tells me that JSS sure will know the difference!" I have these recordings since 1993, so how can it be a 2000 release? Err... something tells me that FIA sure will know the difference! ps no more prod. means No More Productions |

Synthetised version sounds dated but still nice. Could someone upload the orchestral version since it's not on Freddie boxset ? Thanks to all |

Would have loved to have heared these versions, but I missed them before you deleated the tracks, never mind, I can't be on Queen Zone 24/7. But I don't think they count as been official, so if any of you kind Queen zoners would repost I would be most grateful. & thanks John for originally posting them. |
Arnaldo "Ogre-" Silveira 08.09.2007 15:31 |
I reuploaded it to various sites via massmirror, please refer to my above post. If John or anybody else finds it to be official and thinks I should delete it, please let me know. Cheers, Ogre- |

Err... something tells me that FIA sure will know the difference! ps no more prod. means No More ProductionsWhat I meant to say is that JSS is entitled to call himself an EXPERT on recordings. If there is anything to do with any recording of this band and it's members he's one of the people to talk to. He KNOWS the difference between a mix that was released in 1993 and an UNreleased remix. I admit that the synth mix does indeed has a great resembalce to some of the remixes that were released at the time - but THIS particular version -althoug maybe only slightly different to the versions you refer to- never WAS released. It's near to impossible that YOU had this version of this song in 1993. So, JSS does know, FIA obviously doesn't! :-) This version, although mixed indeed round 1993, was 'released' in 2000 as part of a promo sampler cd-r that a particular person working for QP sent around to some fans and collectors for the Freddie box set. But eventually it did not end up on that either. |

I just wonder why this great song is so open to be remixed. It's the one on the Queen's archives with more official releases (Most of them superb) and even has unreleased gems. Fantastic. Thanks John. |

After hearing this song i really think it´s one of the best versions around. Great stuff! I wonder how do they pick the ones to be released- because the "live Remix" of this song never made any sense to me. Take care |

that Jazz remix has to be one of the worst remixes ever btw |

Thanks for this! I am a little confused now...I read about several versions described (e.g 'Ultimate collection: 1984' and 'Freddie Box: The Missing Tracks'): Love kills: 1. Synthesised Version 2. Synthesised Version (radio edit) 3. Radio Mix '93 4. Radio Mix edit 5. Jazzy Mix 6. Jazz Version edit 7. Symphony Mix 8. Overture Version Which tracks were on the cd-r promo? Does this cd-r by any chance have a labelnumber and if so, what is it? Thanks. |
