I would have to give it to "In My Defence"
Now that song is wonderful. He sings it with so much meaning and comes with a great video as well. i have gotten non Queen fans to like that song. They thought the song was great and even bought the cd for it. Also another pretty song of Freddie's is "Love me like there's no tomorrow" Another heart felt song.
Thanks
Cindy
I have to agree. In My Defence is great. I also love Barcelona (the song), Mr. Bad Guy (the song), and Freddie's version of Goin' Back is a great early effort. I also like very much Love Makin' Love demo. I think it has more potential than most songs that were released on Mr Bad Guy album.

In My Defence is not Freddie's song so it can't be your favourite song of his.
Your Kind of Lover is a great song. Love Kills.
I think that love me like there's no tomorrow is good but lacking a brian may guitar solo, becasue the piano on its own is one of my fav
She blows hot and Cold is fantastic and should have been done for MIH instead of I was born to love you which sounds better as a Freddie dance type thing rather than the rock thing for some odd reason. I love the rock mix of Love Kills. In my defence and There must be life to this are great ballads.

When Freddie worked with Monserrat Caballe, on Barcelona. That was my favorite.

?!?
You're telling someone that just because Freddie didn't personally write 'In My Defence', it can't be her favorite song? Sheesh...
I happen to love both 'In My Defence' and 'Goin' Back'. Freddie makes them his own damn well, so I think he can be forgiven for having not written them.
When I mention Freddie's solo work, I wasn't mentioning of what he wrote I was meaning the stuff off of his solo cd's and so forth not something that he might have wrote. So that is why I said "In my defence"
Thanks
My favorite Freddie solo songs would be Guide Me Home and How Can I Go On, also there's Barcelona, In My Defence and The Great Pretender, Love Kills...
I can never choose.
