"As low as 833,99 a month!"
Why not just put up "We don't just want your money, you need to throw in your soul and your daughter too", that'd make it simpler.
I thought the fun about having such a messed up guitar was in actually messing it up. I don't get the point in paying for cigarette burns and a non-functional switch.
Yeah.... I can just see myself paying big bucks for a copy of "Blackie", only to send it back with complaints.
'You guys sent me a really.... really... old guitar. It's all beat up and scratched. Shove it'.
That's a pretty common price for a limited edition replica guitar, especially for a guitar as legendary as the Frankenstrat. It's a collector's item - something you hang on your wall, not something you use. Much like all art (paintings, sculptures, etc.), it's ridiculously "overpriced" - but only because there exist people who are willing to pay that much money. I put overpriced in quotes because if there are people willing to buy it for that price, then it's worth that much. Supply and demand.
Edit: Even a replica from Greg Fryer will run you at least $10,000. Also, I remember the Jimmy Page replica being at least $24,000.
