No this is not the radio version. This is a normal studio version. But, I had it for 2.5 years. So I don't know if you can call it new.. |

I had no illusions to get my hand on this! :D We all know this is not the best Queen song ever, but many of us can find magic moments in any song featuring our idols, right? Compared to most political screeds, its surprisingly tuneful :-) As I've said before, I wouldn't call it "good", but its definitely "interesting" and Brian's heart is so in the right place. I just think his reach exceeded his grasp. Thanks for making this available. Looking back at it now (with 20/20 hindsight) it sounds less like album material and more like an unpolished demo. The live version is better by about (to quote a great man) seven light years. V. |
