Besides having John Deacon in a large cage for the last six years, I'd say: The FM collection also Classic Queen (The Capitol Promo) Rocks 4CD set and the 12 3" CDs (I got 'em the hard way... one at a time) It was sure a lot more fun in the late 80s/early 90s to visit different cities' record stores to find this stuff. I got the Rocks box at The Beat in Sacramento CA for ten bucks!!! I doubt they're even in business anymore, but you could spend an entire day at these kind of record shops. Now you just have to have enough money, it's easy to find all this stuff. I'd hardly call it collecting anymore. |

Someone else's souvenir? I've got a signed Freddie CD, but as I wasn't present when he signed it, I don't treasure it at all (and have in fact been trying to sell it for at least three years). My most prized Queen-related possesion is a photographer's case, which I bought from Denis O'Regan (Queen's official concert photographer). During the 86 Magic Tour, Denis took several well-known pictures of Freddie, sitting atop the case, on his hotel room terrace in Budapest. If you'd like to see a picture of Freddie sitting on the case, as well as the case, as it is today, check my myspace at: myspace.com/theotherotherwhitemeat Go to the photos section and look under album "Freddie". Also, check out my concerts section for some awesome live Queen shots I took, myself! Jordan |

My prize posession is the ticket stub from the 1980 North America Bites The Dust Tour - I saw Queen in Ames, Iowa, U.S.A. along with the program and a ton of memories. The second would have to be watching my son, who is 13, enjoy his first concert by watching Queen + Paul this past spring. We also got to see and hear most of the sound check as well...it was totally awesome! |

Where I live there are no great record stores with hidden Queen gems. Ebay and Paypal makes collecting SO much easier. If I wanted to buy something from the UK before, I would either have to send cash or pay for a check to be made out in pounds, which was 20 bucks. |

There are several different answers to this. My prized possession in terms of which item do I value the most would be my favorite concert dvd Earl's Court '77. My prized possession in terms of which item meant the most for me to get would be my burned copy of Houston '77 which I hunted after for years. My prized possession in terms of physical value is my Burns Red Special. In terms of sentimental, my first Queen + Paul Rodgers concert t-shirt. But then the ultimate truth is my computer hard drive which stores all the obscure Queen music I never thought I'd find, or had never even heard of before. |
