There is one difference, the BBC version ends with a fade-out effect, while the album version segues to Funny how love is.
Thanks for the upload. This is one of those instances where MP3 is all we have--the lossless copies of these tracks are pretty well hoarded, so I doubt that you'll have to worry about the "motherFLACers" coming at you for this.

technically when they recorded the three other songs at that session, they included that in the broadcast
I have the last session recorded off air from FM stereo onto chrome cassette with Dolby B. It's been almost never played and stored well for the last 30ish years. I've recently digitised it (lossless), it'll be interesting to see how it compares to the MP3 here.
