The audio from this mix is actually pretty old (2 years), but a while ago I thought it would be nice to have a video of this version, so I mixed the original video with my (audio) mix.
Tell me what you think, good or bad ;).
Enjoy!

I like it just one thing though the backstage footage is a different aspect ratio to the actual original promo footage. Although i really like it and think it works very well with the song and is an improvement on the original.
Hi, thanks for the comment. :)
I know that the aspect ratio from the backstage footage is different, but I kept it that way.
They made the original video widescreen, and I thought it would be nice just to keep the backstage footage in the original aspect ratio.

I'm putting together a queen remix playlist on there
and would also like to put them up as a podcast.
I don't mind if this comes on Youtube, but I don't know about the rights on footage and stuff.
But do you mean that you put it on youtube, or that I upload it??
btw; what do you think of it? ;)

Typically there hasn't been a problem with Queen footage on YouTube, especially if it's a remix.
I can put it up there or you can, or you could talk to DaveRFuller on there, he's got quite an amazing set of rare clips and certainly has room for one more.
I think it's a subtle and well done mix, both aurally (in the ol ear holes) and visually (wid da peepers.)
What's really odd is that Freddie looks soooo much better in the "rehearsal" clips than in the video -- did he steal Ms. Lang's eye makeup from a different video :) ?
Superb! Always loved this song - this re-mix is even better again! Thank you for posting. Could I be really cheeky and ask if you are able to post the audio only - would be an awesome ipod track to have.
Also really pleased you took effort to put Brian's extended guitar solo in there - I love that bit where he runs up the fretboard at the end - proper air-guitar moment. I never understood why that was cut from the album and 7" version - any ideas? (it could not have been for time reasons, for in the single it is the same duration but with the lead guitar part dropped from those last few secoonds).
Anyway thanks again for posting - awesome!

Well it wasn't on purpose to choose the extended version of the guitar solo, I just chose the one I thought that would fit the best. ;)
Reading this thread made me go into my hard drive and listen to the mix again for the first time in some time, and as I probably remarked the first time 'round, its a brilliant piece of work. You should be well and justly proud. Its damn good.
