For the queen fans out there who watch my stuff on YouTube, I had to change my account because the fuckers at NBC had Youtube suspend my account due to one video I posted...even though NBC itself has it's own Youtube channel.....WTF?
So yeah here it is- I'll repost everything I have. link
It was Robert Plant on The Tonight Show which I just posted a few days ago. But there are plenty of other videos from the Tonight Show that have been on for months and haven't been pulled. Fucking hypocrites.

I blame the QMS, someone pointed out your channel on that list and everyone was very pleased. One of them is apparently an executive at NBC -- odd, because I would have thought enjoying Queen music required a soul.
Ah ok, I should stress that I was joking since, perhaps, not everyone knows what the QMS is.
It's a long-running email list for Queen stuff -- Queen Mail Service or something.
They're usually frightfully behind on news, probably because parts of their subscribers are modem-based (hence only reading email about Queen and not taking the time required to browse the bandwidth-intensive Queen sites out there.)
But they're good, sweet folk.
Until you cross them. Then out come the knives, muthafuka!
The trouble with Youtube is that these decisions are run on complaints -
I had a video taken down last year for being 'inappropriate'; all it was was The Edge getting foot in face, uploaded under the pretense of being a Halo 3 trailer.
Pissed off some nerds, got flagged as inappropriate - video got taken down.
In the meantime, I was able to find 3 pages of Saddam Hussein Hangings..... inappropriate content right there, if you ask me.
All I can say is - keep copies of all your uploaded stuff as FLV... it's damn easy to put 'em all back up again!!
Myself I'm on the verge of cleaning out my channel of anything copyrighted that might offend people or annoy them... I can't abide the idea of my account being suspended because some jackass hates my Indiana Jones 4 trailer.

Sorry to hear about the bureaucracy and thanks for posting them all up not once, but twice! Let's hope they can stay up this time.

I have a YouTube channel and have tried uploading some stuff over dial-up (not a good idea) and I must say that I am deathly afraid of getting in trouble for copyright. If you upload a video with...let's say a Queen song, but you credit the band and the album and the label (and the fact that the song doesn't belong to you), can you still get in trouble? Even if it's a slideshow or something?

It's certainly a violation of copyright but will you get in trouble? Most likely not because it's not worth the trouble for the copyright holders and YouTube is a huge advertising tool. In the worst case the copyright holder will ask YouTube to remove the video which is actually stupid because it's just as useful to be on YouTube as on MTV, for example.
