As to making it one track, not really something you'd want to do. If it is, download Switch to convert the files to WAV, then WavePad to edit them all together--but it will sound like crap. Your best bet, unfortunately, is to make a playlist out of all the songs and deal with the silence between tracks, or burn them all to a couple of CDs and set the CDs as gapless.
iTunes has the option to remove the silence between tracks. Hold shift, click the first and last song, right click the highlighted section, click "Get Info", then where it says "Gapless Album" change it to yes.

Bloody hell, I did not know you could do that before making a CD of it. Excuse me, please, I have some bootleg playlists to adjust.
