RE-ANNOUNCE: DVD Live at Vienna 21-07-1986
| bokkepoot 26.06.2007 11:20 |
Hello Everyone, A new try of this great DVD concert. The other one isn't complete and occurs some problems. This one is 100% okay. have a goood download. QUEEN - LIVE IN VIENNA 21-07-1986 DVD I have downloaded this DVD from the Queenhub (link for more information) This concerts is already spreaded to a few users there and I have managed to complete is a few months back. Thanks to user Pal who has introduced this DVD in the Queenhub. The concert is filmed from the audience and is in colour. / writes: "Very clear and nice sound, sounds almost like Wembley :-) One of the best recordings from the Magic Tour. Also a nice bit before Love Of My Life - audience sings Happy Birthday to Brian." "Freddie forgot some lyrics in Radio Ga Ga - on exactly the same spot as in Cologne two days before! :-)" The tracklist: QUEEN - LIVE IN VIENNA, AUSTRIA, JULY 21, 1986 01. One Vision Intro 1:03 02. One Vision 3:44 03. Tie Your Mother Down 4:30 04. In The Lap Of The Gods 2:14 05. Seven Seas Of Rhye 1:14 06. Tear It Up 2:15 07. A Kind Of Magic 6:27 08. Under Pressure 5:31 09. We Are The Champions 3:42 27. God Save The Queen 1:09 Have some patience because I'm running on this PC also 2 Queenhubs, the hub-client, emule and now also my torrent-program. I have to split the upload-speed to al those programs. It can take a few days before I have uploaded this concert once. Remember....the first seeder has to upload this concert 1,5 - 2 times before it is spreaded completely on the torrent-network. greetings Bokkepoot |

I did something like that but from what I remember my video looked worse than the youtube video. What's the best available VIDEO source? |

pittrek wrote: I did something like that but from what I remember my video looked worse than the youtube video. What's the best available VIDEO source? No idea. Try contacting that person on YouTube to get their source material. But I have my doubts they'll be willing to work with you, if they're the kind of person who needs to upload videos with their watermark all over them, despite not being the person who actually taped either source. Putting one's name on someone else's work is just top notch douchebaggery. But - stranger things have happened. Give it a try. |

Instead of insulting, you could do as several YT users did and PM me. *You* should be asking the filmer for *their* permission to use *their* work before presenting it as if it were your own - not vilifying the messenger who's simply pointing out this reality to you. If it weren't for the filmer, you wouldn't have that footage to begin with. What makes you think they would approve of what you're doing with their work? Furthermore, do you think people actually want to see your watermark while watching a concert video? Maybe you should take a poll and find out. If it isn't your work, you shouldn't put your name on it. A youtube channel is a collection of videos - not a free pass to claim ownership of anything on the internet. In the event that you are indeed the filmer of all of these shows, then please accept my apologies. |

Two friends and I recorded a live concert a few years ago and we made a 3 camera edit out of it. 2 weeks later I offered a copy to someone and he said "I've got a copy of that show to give to you!". So we swapped discs and I discovered the one he had given me had MY 3 camera edit on it with some fuckers watermark over the picture and a with a different menu. Cheeky bastard whoever did that. |

Belated thanks. Does a PAL copy exist? |

I just fiddled with some of the songs, and discovered it's not going to be a task I can do right now (it's almost midnight), so it's going to take a day or two :) I'd still like to see a better (and complete!) copy. Preferably PAL sourced |
