Hello fans around the world.
I’m a huge fan and huge collector of television broadcastings of Elton and I’m looking
for french televisions programs (on dvd from 80s, 90s) and
is there anyone who has a video/dvd of Eltons 40th birthday where he sings together
with Freddie Mercury 3 songs:
01. Whole Lotta Shakin' Goin' On
02. I Saw Her Standing There
03. Twist & Shout

Video? We don´t have the audio, and you´re asking us for the video? ; ))
Hey, but if you have the audio ýou can share it here. It would be awsome!
Take care
I'm no collector of Elton at all, and I know this doesn't exist.
Either this guy isn't the big collector he claims to be,or this is a fishing exercise.
By the way, as a collector you should know it wasn't any 40th bithday party - Elton turned 35 in March that year - and no audio or video has appeared yet.
I'm a huge EJ fan.
I collected a lot of EJ boot but the one still remains.
I've been searching for an ages but all I got is just one picture...
Elton mentioned FM in concert 1976.
"Kiki Dee is not here tonight. she is in Hyde Park
well she's not in Hyde Park at the moment. if she was I wanna know what she's doing and who she's doing it with.
I've got a fair idea who she's doing it with anyway... and let's face it, it is not Freddie Mercury!"
I was very suprised to hear that:-)
Freddie did perform these 3 songs yes. And it WAS filmed. A very short snippet of it, can be seen on 1 of the 3 videos of the Magic years box set. That was given away with kind permission of Sir Elton John himself. He has the whole show on film. Maybe, if we et lucky, we'll get to see it too....but it is not likely....Maybe if we collect together, and try to persuade Rudy Dolezal a bit....something could happen....a for fanclub members only release or so?
