according to queenonline.com the new video on 46664.com features some of Say It's Not True the studio version:

The video on the site also includes a small snippet of the studio version of the Roger Taylor sung Queen track 'Say It's Not True'.
Is it really the studio version? To me it sounds like (a snippet of) the live version that was played at the 46664 concert. If you listen very carefully at the beginning, you'll hear someone cheering. I might be wrong though...
