Hey everybody,
Yes, we're all fans of Queen, but how often do you listen to Queen?
I listen to at least one album's worth of Queen a day. I've done that for the past four years I'm guessing...and it never gets old.
Well, how about you?
My listening has really gone down lately. Except for accidently hearing the most common tracks on the radio or whatever, I hadn't been listening to Queen purposely at all for a few weeks, save for that snippet of Face it Alone that got posted.
Then today I popped my Queen 1/Innuendo cassette into the car stereo and started listening again. But it won't last I'm afraid. I'm kinda bored with Queen to be honest. I have these stages where I just get sick of the same old stuff and need a long break I think.
My current favourite album is The Fratellis 'Costello Music'. Very catchy songs. So what if they've stolen every possible hook and riff they could get their hands on. They're fun to listen to.

actually I like my cousin's band (Pico)...actually I don't think he's with that band anymore... but my cousin is the bassist and he became the octopus because of his bass lines in it....

erm...Queen are my favourite. but garbage?
what about pink floyd, my second fave band.
LED ZEP, the who, the beatles, black sabbath. i could go on but i dont think i have to.
Actually very rarely. I do play some Queen songs on guitar nearly every day when I'm practising, but as far as listening to albums or gigs ... once every four months would be a lot actually.
I listen to a couple songs everyday depending upon my mood. I pick and choose. Sometimes I just start the music and let it play...sometimes it's not all Queen, sometimes it is. I have only heard pieces of Albums, never a complete one...at least I don't think I have. I listen to SO much music I can't keep track... :)
It's funny how the taste of queen fans outside the band is almost same. Pink Floyd or Led Zeppelin are my second faves too.
Apart from that i listen to queen every day :-)
seems to need it...
cheers

I used to listen to them a lot, but then I just started having an enormouslove for music and my listening kinda waned. I still watch my DVDs and listen to Queen but not as much as I used to. For other favorite bands, it's all here! link

Every single day, constantly, nonstop. And when I say constantly, I mean it. :P

It used to be all day every day, but now not so much. I've branched out and it's good. Really I was just about to get sick of them, but now I listen to a Queen song, something like good ol' Death on Two Legs or even Bohemian Rhapsody and I remember why I love them so much. You never tire of a classic act really do you?
Quite a bit, at least once a day. But I don't listen to them NON-STOP all the time, like some people. I used to, but then I discovered the Beatles and the Doors, and then David Bowie, then Jimi Hendrix... I've branched out quite a bit. But I don't think I could go a whole month without listening to them. That would be Queen deprivation! :P
When I first discovered I used to listen to them every day, then for a period I stopped. Then I start listening to them again and wondered why did I wait so long. In my car, if I'm alone, is usually Queen that I listen to.
Right now, I'm listening a lot of Innuendo. I jump from Innuendo, I'm going slightly mad, Delilha, Headlong, The show must go on, Don't try so hard, These are the days of our lives. I've been listening to those for a week.
When I'm stressed or out of wack, my daughter says to me "mom, calm down, listen to some Queen and you'll be ok".
