thanks again! you are right about 80s thing there because thats when they used to make music that had feeling, emotion so alot of our songs will sound that way. I play guitar and my brother plays synth in our band.

I'd love to share with you guys, but I'm not in a band. I write for the sake of writing, I have loads of music that I've never actually recorded. It's kind of embarrassing actually. Besides, my music is very weird. For example, take a listen at Lazing on a Sunday Afternoon. That's the kind of style I write in, or I also write very insane piano parts. The kind of stuff you'd probably think..."wtf was he smoking?" So yeah...perhaps one day I'll record them, but until then just be patient. Also, I write more in the classical genre...not much rock and roll. If anything I'll write something jazzy...

thats cool, i would like to hear that someday, i just checked your site and one thing bothered me, the thing you said about death metal being latme. Im a HUGE death metal fan, actually its my main and favourite music and i have to tell you, death metal has some of the best musicians in the world playing. Sure there are alot of garbage death metal bands but every genre has them. If you think death metal has no talent you should hear the band nile for example, you might not like the growling but focus on the instruments and tell me thats not talent :) check this out link

Telling that the songs we make suck , we cant write music, our singer sucks and not intune, the song is not catchy etc. And the way you guys talk about us , is like looking down upon us as musicians, like we dont know what we are doing. well thats your opinion, my opinion is that there is no band out there right now that is popular that even touches us, for example i think we are million times better than U2, coldplay, oasis, you name it. sorry Mr atheist...but now you are showing your ignorance. much of Freddie's style is based on Rachmaninoff's arrangements. Bach, Beethoven and Mozart are in a different league to Freddie. Freddie was a great pianist and song-writer. But all things are relative - and these guys were doing some pretty complex stuff a long while before freddie was born

If you feel the song it´s complete then don´t change it, but if you wanna survive as a musician you have to accept that sometimes other peoples input is a great thing. That´s debatable. It really depends on peoples preferences. There isn´t a rule. He´s my favourite singer too, and is voice has certain characteristics that i really enjoy. But let´s just say that if everybody had the same Freddie´s voice then music would be boring! Freddie´is great but so is Robert Plant, David Lee Roth, and Paul Rodgers. They´re just different and that´s what makes them great. Paul Rodgers can sing the blues like Freddie never could. On the other hand Freddie can sing more classical stuff like Paul never could. That´s not a bad thing. In fact it´s better to be that way. I don´t think your song is bad, it just needs to be re-worked (but that´s just my taste). For example i would play the keybord melody at 1:00min with the guitar and then start the Keybord only at 1:14 to greater effect. If the Keyboard enters at only 1:14 with the second verse, you play only guitar on the first verse and this would make the song more Hard-Rock oriented wich i think it works best. The singer doesn´t have a bad voice but it seems a little nervous while singing this. There are times that he should put some anger in his voice, that´s what the song is asking. He should have the David Coverdale aproach (listen to David Coverdale on Whitesnake to see what i mean- it´s hard to explain). My advice is: Play the songs as much as you can as a band in the studio or live. This way you´ll realise in a very natural way what´s the song is asking for you to do. Just let it go, it feels very natural. I hope this helps. Take Care P.S- Now you´re getting some very negative criticism from some Queenzoners, but you´re the ones who started this. Don´t discuss with Valensia or other musicians.
