On 10th anniversary of Freddie's death the fan club held a special party in the Ocean Club in London with SAS Band as the main act. They were joined by Bruce Dickinson for I Want To Break Free and above all by Brian May and Roger Taylor for six songs.

Bob Geldof's 50th birthday bash was held in his home and guests included: Mick Jagger, Bill Wyman, Sting, Jools Holland, Brian May, Alan Yentob, John Hurt, Anita Dobson, Jerry Hall, Bono, Van Morrison, Dave Stewart, Jeremy Irons, David Frost, Anjelica Huston, David Bailey, Marie Helvin, Katherine Hamnett, Tom Stoppard and also a bunch of fit models hired to mingle with the guests. There was a band of celebrity musicians jamming on a small stage in a marquee - Roger Taylor on drums, Brian May on guitar, Jools Holland on piano, Bill Wyman on bass and Spandau Ballet's Gary Kemp and Bob Geldof on guitar. The setlist is unknown although one of the tracks was Miss You with Mick Jagger on vocals.

I don't know what tracks Roger played but the only review I've found says "a medley of Queen hits" so I assume it was something like I Want To Break Free, A Kind Of Magic and Radio Ga Ga.
