Queen Tokyo, Japan Nippon Budokan February 13, 1981 At last, I managed to track down the first generation recording of this show. It definitely sounds better than the silvers on the Gypsy Eye label. This is one of my all-time favourites. Excellent sound, great atmosphere, great show overall. Roger's tympani solo is missing (presumably for a tape flip), but the recording is otherwise complete. Lineage: AUD > Master > 1st Generation Tape > WAV > CDR (x) > WAV > GoldWave (pitch correction) > FLAC frontend (level 8) Disc 1: Intro Jailhouse Rock We Will Rock You (fast) Let Me Entertain You Play The Game Mustapha Death On Two Legs Killer Queen I'm In Love With My Car Get Down, Make Love Need Your Loving Tonight Save Me Now I'm Here Dragon Attack Now I'm Here (reprise) Disc 2: Love Of My Life Keep Yourself Alive Guitar solo Vultan's Theme Battle Theme Flash The Hero Crazy Little Thing Called Love Bohemian Rhapsody Tie Your Mother Down Another One Bites The Dust Sheer Heart Attack We Will Rock You We Are The Champions God Save The Queen Here are the links to all 7 parts: link link link link link link link Distribute these files only if they are left completely unaltered. As always with my shares, be sure that this recording is not made available at Queenzone or elsewhere in mp3 or any other lossy format. Keep lossless files lossless. Enjoy! |

Thank you! Good vibes for your guitar playing!!! :D |
The Real Wizard 22.02.2007 20:30 |
I may bypass Copenhagen 78, if someone can come up with a better version than this: link (it's just a short sample in WAV) On my copy, BoRhap to Jailhouse Rock are from the Gypsy Eye silvers. Does anyone's copy sound better than this during these songs?? Please download and compare! The goal is for everyone to have the best version. My copy through Stone Cold Crazy is really excellent, but then it really decreased in quality, leading me to mix in those few songs from the GE version. |

PLEASE SIR BOB ARGENTINA!!! I got it in mp3 but sucks¬¬ A Lossless Version will be nice. |

<h6><b><font color="Black">SebasMercury wrote: Hey Bob...do u have another japanesse show from 81 which have Rock It? They kinda fudged the ending on this version, but it still sounds awesome! These are from the new Wardour release called "Prime Jive", which has both the Feb 16th and 17th shows. They claim that both recordings are from the master tapes and unaltered, and I believe it. They sound superb. I definitely don't have the time to share these entire shows, but anyone else who picked up this 4cd set is of course welcome to do so. In the meantime, just don't edit these two tracks into the 2-13 recording... ;) Hope you like. on my way up wrote: Damned, my words are in bold now.How is that possible?Try editing your post... there's something wrong with the "quote" and "quotename" things..! |
