Is this the same torrent as on dime? or just the same files. |
Ginger01 21.03.2006 15:58 |
Let's put it this way - I downloaded the concert from Dime, then made a torrent of the result which I post here. The result should be the same. If you downloaded this from Dime and want to help seed :-)) or if you started this on Dime you should be able to download this torrent, point it at your file and it should work. Does this help? |
Mr. Bulsara 21.03.2006 16:31 |
Hello. any chance to put this in mp3 ? Thanks |

This is a really stupid question, or two, but consider me a "newbie" when it comes to this stuff... I went along, and downloaded the Buffalo Concert (thanks to the poster, great move!) with the "Bit Torrent" or whatever it's called...also had to download WinAmp or something else (was painstaking, to say the least)... I have it in my computer, it's in files known as FLAC files (requiring me to download some OTHER program...good grief!). As of now, it's playing, via the WinAmp thingy (sounds great!!). But what I want to do is to be able to change or convert this into MP3 files to save on my computer, if possible. Also, is this a VIDEO, too? I can't see it play, despite the WinAmp having a media player thingy. Any advice to a starving Queen fan?? Thanks much!!! |

My GOD.. This is a GREAT recording.. thank you.. I only pray that someone can do this kind of quality for the Detroit show Friday |
Megamike The GREAT 22.03.2006 01:07 |
Although I must say Brian's remark about Never Ever playing Under Pressure in the United States is untrue, unless of course he is referring to the current tour, as Queen played it during the Hot Space tour.. I happen to have plenty of proof for that.. LOL so he MUST be talking about Queen + Paul Rodgers.. |

I'm still not clear... ...is this an audio only recording? Or is there video too? Thanks! |

I was wondering if anyone with this show would be willing to trade for it in a snail mail trade. I have dial-up and its a bit diffcult to download at that speed. If anyone is interested, please send an email to elh1232@yahoo.com My trade list is at this site link |

thanks so much for sharing. I'll seed this as long as I can after I get it. I am also seeding the Atlanta show from a few weeks back, if anybody wants to jump on. Also I sure hope somebody can record the Chicago show, I'll be their, but I'll be unable to do it. Believe me if I could, I would, and I would share it with all of you. |

I've downloaded both versions that are available over at the Dime and while this one is great, the other one might be a tiny bit better. Based on the drum sound and audience clapping (mic location?) I'd give this one a solid A and the other an A+. Both are some of the best arena audience recordings recordings I've ever heard and by far the best from Queen + PR to date. |
Kilpat1 22.03.2006 20:30 |
how can i burn this to a cd for my car it wont let me take the songs and put them in the burn list thank you |
928 23.03.2006 03:13 |
OK Heads up,QZ people....some help(For the people who don't have the plugin). To burn these to a CD using nero without lossying it up 1st. Go here & get your Flac plugin for Nero(link Then follow these instructions for installing it. *1. Download the plugins you need *2. Nero Burning ROM version 5.5.9.0 or higher is required for all plugins. *3. For Nero version 5, unzip the plugin DLL into "...\Ahead\Shared\AudioPlugins" directory. *4. For Nero version 6, unzip the plugin DLL into "\Program Files\Common Files\Ahead\AudioPlugins" directory. *5.Do not rename the files - The first two letters of the plugin DLL name must be "nx" in lower case, otherwise it won't be recognized by Nero Burning ROM ------------------------------------------------- OK, when you load them for burning, make sure that you have the "2 second gap" box UN-ticked & that you are burning in DAO(Disc At Once). You will then have a non-stop flowing concert EXACTLY how it was recorded....a clone of the Master copy with no loss of frequencies, clicks & shit that mp3 will do. Isnt that better?????.....YOUR MEANT TO BE A FAN!!!!!!!(FANATIC----THE BEST YOU CAN GET,not an i like it cos i like them & I DONT CARE At that site, you will also be able to get the Shn(lossless)plugin.....Follow the instructions again. Your burnt result will also be a clone again. Hope this helps you |

The torrent has been downloaded 284 times, and NOT ONE person is sharing. Also, I've been seeding the Duluth show for days, and right now I'm 17% of the share ratio. That show was downloaded by 346 people. What an absolute disgrace! Sometimes I'm ashamed to say I'm a part of this community... if we even want to upgrade to call it a community. It's a bunch of leechers who just take what they want and leave. Richard!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We need ratio here!!!!!! 1:1 - no more, no less. |
Megamike The GREAT 24.03.2006 00:18 |
JUst so you all know I shared mine until I reached 4.08 something ratio.. so I figured I had done my part.. but I know what you mean, its a pain in the butt to have no one sharing a file and a ton of ppl downloading it, if it werent for the fact I play an online game all the time I would have shared this until no one needed it, but I think 4.0 is pretty good.. |
Ginger01 24.03.2006 02:59 |
Sir GH (and others) I can only sympathise - I admit I turn my computer off at night. Since I launched this on the QZ tracker I feel a certain responsibility towards this torrent, but I can't seed it alone all the time... As I write this there are seven other people seeding this - thank you!!! - but it would be great if more of you could help out. And for the record, my share ratio is currently at 4.46. |
gnomo 24.03.2006 04:38 |
... I for one quit at 3.8 share ratio yesterday and I'm seeding again today. Unfortunately, I can seed only in daytime working days, but whatever I download I always go on seeding until 2 / 2.5 share at least. HTH |
Manic 24.03.2006 06:39 |
It is quite clear that many Queenzone users (including many experienced members) do not fully appreciate how torrents work. People shout for seeders within an hour of a file being uploaded. Others ask for seeders six months after a file was made available. Many of the recorded downloads will be by users who couldn't download for one reason or another. Others, like me, download the torrent to seed having got the file from another source, in this case Dime. Torrent statisticcs don't always tell the whole story. Azureus may record a complete download when the user may only have been downloading a sample part to check quality etc. This then leads to accusations of hitting and running. I am a power user in all my torrent sites, all ratios maintained above 1.5. This isn't easy within the UK as commercial providers limit the upload speed to a fraction of the download speed. It is also mathematically impossible for all users to have a positive ratio. For every user with a positive ratio, there has to be a negative. Demanding all users have a 1:1 ratio simply will not work. Torrents cause a lot of bad feeling in here. If a practical solution, such as a dedicated torrent area with achievable and enforceable rules can't be arranged, then perhaps those who choose to share may be better encouraged to use file hosting services. Rapidshare gets a lot of bad press, but you upload a file once and it will stay there forever if you have an account or until it hasn't been accessed for 30 days if you don't. No ratio's, no selfishness, no bad feelings. |
YourValentine 24.03.2006 07:23 |
Wise words, Manic. There are many reasons why not enough seeders are around at a certain point of time. Just a few statistics: at this moment this concert (Buffalo) has 12 seeders, 26 leeches and 145 finished copies Duluth concert 6 seeders, 9 leeches and 176 copies the Worcester 3 songs DVD (most popular BTT of the year) 25 seeders, 13 leeches and 431 finished copies. Not so bad, really and in most cases someone re-opens the torrents when people ask. A share ratio is planned but it won't be the perfect solution as Manic pointed out correctly. We rely on a hardcore group of sharers who enjoy sharing. The bigger this group, the better the torrent. |
habalushy 24.03.2006 09:24 |
I seed at lease 2 full copies of everything i download and some i've seeded 5 or 6 or 7 or 10 full copies of. and for burning a cd, you have to get a program that can burn flacs or get flac frontend and decompress the flacs to burn them |
The Real Wizard 24.03.2006 12:43 |
Manic wrote: For every user with a positive ratio, there has to be a negative. Demanding all users have a 1:1 ratio simply will not work.Yeah, I realize that... I just hypothetically chose something. I was frustrated, and am still frustrated with the general situation. At the moment there are people seeding, but the fact that there was a 12-hour period when nobody was sharing is just plain awful. |

Thanks Ginger1 for sharing this concert ! But some of us sadly can't use torrents. Could someone be kind enough to re-upload this using mediafire or rapdishare, when finished downloading the torrent ? It would permit everybody to have an easy access to this gig, and taste the new "Queen+" thing live in 2006! I myself re-uploaded the Nagoya 2005 concert which was not available anymore. Many many thanks to you, Regards; Olivier, France. |
