Why would GVH3 have old tracks like Seven Seas Of Rhye? If they were going to include some kind of montage/live video for the song it would have been on GVH1. GVH3 will contain tracks released 1991-2004. Personally, I don't like the post Freddie tracks sung by others being mixed with his vocal stuff so here's my prediction/preference: Disc 1: 1. Under Pressure (Rah Mix) 2. Too Much Love Will Kill You 3. Innuendo 4. I Was Born To Love You 2004 5. My Life Has Been Saved 6. Headlong 7. Heaven For Everyone 8. Flash (with Vanguard) 9. Mother Love 10. I'm Going Slightly Mad 11. Let Me Live 12. A Winter's Tale 13. Another One Bites The Dust (with Wyclef Jean) 14. You Don't Fool Me 15. The Show Must Go On 16. These Are The Days Of Our Lives 17. No One But You Disc Two: The Show Must Go On (with Elton John) Somebody To Love (with George Michael) We Will Rock You (with 5ive) Making Of Under Pressure (Rah Mix) Video plus various alternate (and BFI) versions Was there a video for Robbie's We Are The Champions?? |
The Fairy King 11.12.2004 15:22 |
I hope it will be better than that :o That's one lame-ass tracklist! My list: Disc 1: Innuendo I'm Going Slightly Mad Headlong The Show Must Go On These Are The Days Of Our Lives Bohemian Rhapsody(Wayne's World Version) Heaven For Everyone A Winter's Tale Too Much Love Will Kill You(*sigh* DoRo Version) You Don't Fool Me(lame video, must be included though) Let Me Live(lame video, must be included though) Under Pressure(Rah Mix) Queen + section: (just for completeness) +George Michael - Somebody To Love(live) +Elton John - The Show Must Go On (Live 97) +Wyclef - Another One Bites The Dust +Robbie Williams - We Are The Champions +Vanguard - Flash +John Bonham - We Will Rock You Disc 2 Making of Innuendo Videos Making of Queen + videos Interviews VH1 Behind The Music :P Award Ceremonies lol come on there must be more :s |

SSOR would be on there as they found the TOTP video that they didn't have at the time of the first dvd. Peace, Adam. |

The problem with this release is that ANY tracklisting is automatically lame, especially when video is involved. There are only 6 proper Queen videos that could be put out. All the other padding is only tolerable in order to get 5.1 mixes of the audio. |
kleinhond 12.12.2004 08:54 |
Yes there is more Fairy King, in your even lamer-assed tracklist you forgot a song called No One But You lol |
The Fairy King 12.12.2004 09:29 |
hahaah omg! laaaame...i'm sorry! :D |
kleinhond 12.12.2004 12:31 |
Why unfortunately? Are Rog and Bri not in it? Either way, I'm sure it will be included on GHV3 then |
Mr Fred 12.12.2004 16:18 |
Why wants everybody coverstuff. I want the videos from Innudeno and MIH. and maybe some extrastuff. But just stuff with queen. |
kleinhond 12.12.2004 16:27 |
it's not exactly a cover if the recording or video features at least Bri and Rog is it? And it's not realyl a case of 'wanting', just that after GH3 it's more a case of prediction |

What ??? Vanguard and Robbie on a Queen DVD.. are you in earnest. Their "recreation" of Queen songs are pure shit. I will stick to Greatest Flix 2 then before buying this crap!!! |
oasis_muse 13.12.2004 13:54 |

But it's fun trying to predict which way they'll go. You don't begrudge us our little bit of fun, do you? BTW, what is this One Year Of Love video??? Why wouldn't it have been included on GHV2? |

Thats what I mean - The Greatest Hits 3-CD was rubbish, too - I hope they don't make the same mistake with Greatest Video Hits 3. (I don't think solo-stuff and -videos belong in a Queen product - it doesn't fit into it) |
markaw 13.12.2004 15:41 |
The BEEB in its magnificance didn't film SSOR, the footage is on the Bo Rap story-it was apparently a punter in the audience who filmed that, but (and there's always one) if that prog had a copy surely us fans should have sight of total thing and not a p....teasing 20 seconds! So show us the film, don't care if it is grainy it'd be some class footage. What say you out there? |
sbazb 13.12.2004 16:10 |
The BBC did film SSOR for Top Of The Pops. The footage was junked though in the BBC's late 70s clearout of the archives. It does survive in poor quality though as it was bootlegged by fans before it was junked. Therefore according to the BBC it officially doesn't exist so the copyright is not given for its inclusion. |

Is there actually a video for AOBtD w/WJ? It wasn't on Flix3, was it? Is there one for Flash, as well? ...or are people just hoping for another edit-together vid? I agree about eduring the rediculous videos for the sake of 5.1 sound. |
deleted user 13.12.2004 17:19 |
There was a video of "Another one bites the dust" with Wyclef Jean, performed by himself ... I saw it on MTV back in 1998 - the guy is rapping around some wax figures of Freddie, Brian, John and Roger. there is also a video of "Flash" with that idiots of Vanguard. I hope both videos are destroyed in the near future.... |

<font color=black>HeM - The Hero wrote: "BTW, what is this One Year Of Love video??? Why wouldn't it have been included on GHV2?" It was not a hit. The hits from A Kind Of Magic album are A Kind Of Magic, Who Wants To Live Forever, Princes Of The Universe and One Vision. Why would they cut out a hit to put an unpopular song? They have to include MANY hits on the DVDs, to sell it to "normal" people. If they depend only on the closest fans, they won't receive many cash. So, if you like some "underrated" or "unknown" Queen song and want it to appear on GVH3, I'm sorry, but it's hopeless. :-('One Year Of Love' was released as a single in October 1986 in European territories, Australia and New Zealand, but not in the UK or US. A video wasn't made until 1992 for the Classic Queen video, but it was still a single, and would have therefore warranted as much inclusion on GVH2 as 'Princes Of The Universe' or 'Staying Power' (both which were US singles and didn't chart). However, the video is a cut-n-paste attempt by DoRo, as usual, and is rather insipid and boring to watch. Still would've been nice if GVH2 was more of a 1981 - 1986 type of compilation, as the third installment will undoubtedly be disappointing. |
Lester Burnham 13.12.2004 17:23 |
Another One Bites The Dust wasn't on Greatest Flix III. |
kleinhond 13.12.2004 20:47 |
Erm, I fail to see any sense in the 'logic' that the 'video' to OYOL was left off GVH2 because it wasn't a 'hit'. I don't recall Back Chat and Calling All Girls setting the charts on fire, yet they were included. From what I can gather every official Queen video up to 1989 except the first version of KYA has been included so far. THat doesn't include montage and live videos done after the event, so therfore that is surely the reason OYOL isnt on there, and certainly will NOT be on GHV3, becasue it appears it doesnt feature the band performing it. The Queen+Britney is a joke right? |

what about 5ive:P |
kleinhond 14.12.2004 07:15 |
Yes, so therefore, going by the remaining half of the band's new logic, if it doesn't at least contain Bri and Rog on the recording or video it's not Queen (or Queen+) so Britney will not be on GHV3 but Elton, George, Robbie and 5ive will be |

I think they will follow the theme of GVH1and2 rather than GH3 |
