You're right, we need things to be sorted to have an efficient forum, and there was no real index here, as sharing is not the main goal of this forum. But everybody can do it ! And if ever I missed something, feel free to complete here, I will regularly edit my posts to include new links. I added three new links, one for pictures and two for videos. It's better having tons of links than none for the moment, but maybe an indication concerning which versions are the best could be great. By the way, as I will miss these videos / audios, because I can't use torrents, I would be happy to go for a trade for the best audio and video versions ! Regards, Olivier, Belgium. |

Indeed, but I think this index is a work-in-progress one, it should be redone correctly after sometimes, when enough shows and links would be present. But in the meantime, it is intented to allow us to keep track with the numerous different threads that will be created, and to qualify them each time possible with the name of the version or the description should be a plus also. So, as it is only work in progress, feel free to contribute to this index, especially for a description of each version maybe as I won't test all them ! I think we'll have to wait for a few days for that, if I'm right this one was not broadcasted on TV nor radio, so we have to wait for a taper to come back home, check and prepare his recordings etc... It probably won't be shared today ! But it will probably come eventually ! By the way, I myself started trading, so if anyone is interested just PM me ! Maybe we could start a topic for sharing our opinions about each show, one thread per show, in the QPR part of this forum. Thanks a lot dear Barb, but the idea initially came from SCOM if I remember well with the Flac list. I accidentally made one for the 2005/2006 concerts, and thought the idea was great ! So I have only stolen an idea already floating there, and already used in other forums for other bands. So thanks SCOM for having brought it here. Queen Archivist... why not... might go and tell my boss about the turn in my career.... ;o) Do you think they seek for employees ? ;o) I'm already the archivist of my external hard drives, I got experience ! I'll try my voice for the "Property of Queen Productions" thing and I'll try myself at avoidnig the bad words from the fans when a new Queen box is announced. I ripped the sound from all videos from Belgrade on you tube. 6 songs are missing + bass solo. songs that are missing are mainly from Cosmos Rocks. I gathered all songs in one bootleg, so we have 5 or 6 different sources...I will upload it soon... |

I got the whole tour from 2008 compiled from diverse sources(blogs,youtube,etc)excepting Dubai,Munich and Luxembourg which only have just a few songs,some shows are not complete(80% or 90% complete)but it's better than nothing I'm afraid,for the ones that are interested I'm on the HUB with this same nick... |

A message for the newbies here : Such as a good part of other traders, I got a good part of the 2008 tour, AND I CAN GUARANTEE IT IS NOT MP3-SOURCED OR YOUTUBE-SOURCED, and that it is in the best quality available from that source. Some traders have the best calaogue you could imagine, because they care about quality (I said serious traders !). Of course you can choose to join the hub, there are probably tons of things there, just be always careful about what quality you get (during your trades too in fact, not only on the hub or here on queenzone or elsewhere on the web). Don't get things of inferior quality when better quality exist, or it will prevent good quality to spread in favor of inferior quality. Always ask for quality. You can also choose to trade directly with serious traders, for recordings in perfect quality. Just try and contact some of them, a smile and a "please" and a "thank you" and a nice discussion, and sure you can reach some kind of agreement with them quite easily. They generally care with their recordings and other people's recording, so you get the best quality you can get of these recordings, sometimes directly from the taper himself. That way, with quality in mind, you can avoid inferior recordings to circulate and let the quality spread. I started trading less than one year ago and I can say it is really nice to trade, instead of only downloading everything here and there. You get the chance to have a nice discussion, learn some things here and there, share opinions... and upgrade your collection ;o) Trading is easy if everybody plays the game, so join in ! Just PM someone and get in touch, don't be shy !! And don't think you english is too bad !!
