Ok here we go, it's always nice to give back! Now I got this from the same source as the original poster. The covers I have claim that this is from the "One Sweet Moment" Wardour silvers but I have no proof of that so for the time being I am listing the lineage as AUD > ? > CDR(x) > FLAC. If someone could prove that this does/doesn't come from these silvers then that would be fantastic. It's always a little sad that the source info is so sketchy for Queen gigs. Anyway, on to the links: Notes & Artwork link Disc 1: 04. Seven Seas Of Rhye link 10. I Want To Break Free link 12. Guitar Solo link Disc 2: 01. Love Of My Life link 02. Is This The World We Created? link 03. (You're So Square) Baby I Don't Care link 04. Hello Mary Lou link 05. Tutti Frutti link 06. Bohemian Rhapsody link 07. Hammer To Fall link 08. Crazy Little Thing Called Love link 09. Radio Ga Ga link 10. We Will Rock You link 11. Friends Will Be Friends link 12. We Are The Champions link 13. God Save The Queen link Links will be completed throughout the day. Enjoy! Oh and if anyone would like to share back by helping me fill in the gaping holes I have in '74 and '75 then that would just be peachy! |

Can Tim, or rg91 please reupload 'Crazy Little Thing Called Love'? I can successfully download this track but cannot play it on any media player. It seems that there is error in the file. All the other files work fine though. Thanks. |

Some people have managed to get it to work by playing into the track from the previous one but I haven't had suck luck. The damage seems to start at the end of Hammer To Fall as the last 7 or 8 seconds don't seem to be seekable. |

In fact I don't research to convert Hammer To Fall and Crazy Little Thing Called Love. This last I don't hear nothing. |
The Real Wizard 28.10.2008 22:57 |
I've managed to convert the two tracks in question to WAV and back to FLAC again... so if anyone's still having trouble with it, just say so, and I'll happily post the two updates songs here. But on my end, it's only Crazy that has a problem.. Hammer To Fall seems to be fine! |
daffy_the_duck 29.10.2008 04:55 |
Which program did you use to decode your files? I try to decode with TLH but it was impossible. for Hammer TLH says:"file is truncated or otherwise corrupt." and for crazy:"file is not a supported type of audio file or is corrupt." |
Queenrockyou 29.10.2008 05:58 |
Can anybody tells clearly if those files come from the bootleg "One Sweet Moment" or if that comes from something else ? Regards, Olivier, Belgium. |

ruth.olivier wrote: Can anybody tells clearly if those files come from the bootleg "One Sweet Moment" or if that comes from something else ? It's probably not from the silver, as AKOM and the Day-O are separate tracks on that version. No lineage... no answers, unfortunately. |

Yeah TLH is no help for fixing this. What I ended up doing was upgrading to the latest version of WinAMP, using the disk_write output plugin to convert them to WAV files and then using TLH to convert back to FLAC level 8. The new FLACs play fine and the world is happy. Well it was until I ran the whole recording through TLH which believes it to be lossy. :-( I can post the two tracks if anyone is interested but would anyone with a spectral analyser care to take a look first? If the recording is lossy then it would just be a waste of time... |

Thanks Bob for your comments. but it seems that the tracks ARE separated on the silvers. So of course, without the lineage we can't say clearly, but I would say that these tracks could very well come from the silvers. Moreover, I just had a look, and the tracks from the silvers ARE LOSSY themselves (one of those boots created from a lossy source ? cut is at 19.000, maybe post-processing or recording/transfer equipment used), so that's why TLH gives that information. Nobody can have a lossless version of the source coming from the silvers of "One Sweet Moment", but if the one shared here is indeed a different one, then I can't say. Regards, Olivier, Belgium. |

Impossible for me to fix these damn songs, so if you, or anybody else, could help me to have the full show I 'd be very grateful! I'm aware of the fact that it's a lossy/lossylike (neologism?) source, but until I could find a copy of the master K7, is there a better alternative? |

If you (or anybody else) have the silvers, could you upload them ? I'm currently compiling stuff for my "Best of the best 1986" thread and the complete show would help me, since I have only the damaged version. Well if the cut is at 19 kHz, it shouldn't be an mp3-sourced recording, it sounds more like a bad tape transfer to me, but there are much much bigger experts then me. BTW the source I have (probably the same as the one which is shared here) is being also reported as mp3 by Audiochecker |
