I think it was never shared it here
This is a TV appearance of Brian May in 1993.09.25 on Taratata. Taratata is a french TV show, on the 2nd public channel where all artists invited play live, but broadcasted on the middle of the night. If I remember correctly, it was the only show like that at this time, not yet.
TV5 is a channel which broadcast programs in french (france, swizerland, canada...) all around the world via sat.
Brian is here for the promotion of his Back to the light album, and he, with his band, played Driven by you and We will rock you with a french group named Pow wow.
On the middle an interview where brian told about his the RS,his 6 pences mediator, made in heaven...
This is ABSOLUTELY not the best version available. I found this on Emule some years ago; it is a VHS rip, encoded in lossy mpg. Despite that, sound is really good and the video... old VHS
I hope for a re-broadcast one day, but since there is an internet site with all live songs played here, I think I could wait a very long time.
Approx 16 min 160 Mo, 2songs and the interview link link link link
So I am the first to thank you...
Indeed, the Taratata show was quite unique, Canal+ also allowed bands to play live (I can't remember if Queen played there once but I'm quite sure they didn't). Those two shows were the only occasion for us in France to see bands playing live, and not miming (Miming is forbidden on those two programmes). Now Taratata, who was on the public television, is still alive (I think it stopped for a long time) but is on another channel, always public but not available to everyone unless buying special equipment (numeric broadcast via classic antennas) or via satellite. Bad...
I had apparently missed that one, never seen Brian May on this programme, so error repaired !
Maybe this share wil gather less downloaders than some other ones at the moment, but I think every Brian May or Roger Taylor solo effort needs to be seen and judged. Anyone has his own opinion, I just love to see Brian May on his solo career, and this is one more occasion to watch or listen to him. The solo adventures are part of the history of Queen. We should go more into solo things on Queenzone in my opinion, it is only recently that I noticed some really great shares here (Nagoya and Osaka 93 shows as an example).
Many Thanks Daffy !!!

Thanks for the upload, Daffy.
I have a request though. Could anyone post part 3 on anything other than Rapidshare for me. Rapidshare thinks Im downloading something else for them - which I havent done for weeks now. Typical problem for me regarding them.
I just deleted my rar files from my computer so the only way for me to help you is to dl my own files and to reupload them with another share site.
But for unknown reason mediafire never used my complete upload broadband and it took me more than an hour for this poor 50 mo (not really less time in rapidshare I admit). So if someone with a (very) fast connexion could help Mr Mercury. I'm sure you're... hum... a lot!!
And just for the 90's fashion it's worth downloading!!!
Hi Daffy,
Unfortunately I too just deleted the rar file.
And I wrote to Taratata team to ask if they could provde us with the video in better quality, or re-broadcast it, and here is the answer :
"Bonjour,
Malheureusement nous ne pouvons que vous inviter à vous rendre sur link afin de visionner les deux morceaux joués ce jour-là ! Aucune autre possibilité ne nous est pour le moment offerte.
Cordialement,
L’équipe de MYTARATATA.COM"
Which means for those who can't speak french that they won't give up the video in better video because they can't (well...) and the only way to watch the video is to go to their website link and search for "Brian May" and watch the video online (let's say that the quality isn't better !).
So if anyone had a better quality version of this one, then it's time to upgrade this !!

I remember having lunch with Brian the day after the recording of the show, and he did not seem to like very much the host of the show. A few days later he sung TMLWKY for another french TV show (the telethon) and he sung the chorus in french. I know very well the guy who made the translation !!!!
