The event was held to celebrate Battersea Dogs & Cats Home's 150th anniversary. According to Brian, the organisers failed to run the evening to time and there was a strict curfew so a lot of songs had to be cut; among them being Brian's "Fire" and "I Don't Want Nobody (Teasin' Around With Me)".

Roger Taylor married his girlfriend Sarina Potgieter. The 36-year-old bride wore a purple wedding dress and the celebrations had a black and red theme as the pair staged an unusual ceremony at their home in Surrey. The reception was in a huge black and red marquee in their garden and all the waiters wore black. The tables were black and they even had black patent leather sofas outside. The theme was almost bondage. The party included live music performed by close friends - Brian May, Joe Elliot, Roger Daltrey, Bob Geldof, Martin Chambers, The SAS band, Mike Rutherford, Nick Mason, Rufus Taylor, Felix Taylor, Josh Macrae, Gary Brooker, The Fabba Girls, Ryan Molloy and Jeff Scott Soto. Unfortunately we have absolutely no idea about the tracks they played. Also Sarina's tatoo proves that the wedding was most likely on August 26 but the afterparty was almost certainly on September 25.

04.07.2009 Longborough, UK (with SAS Band - Hugh Sloane's wife's birthday party)

There's not much info about this private party. We have guessed the date and venue (Sloane's house?) from a Sunday Express article and the SAS Band news. Roger apparently sang a few songs and then joined Roger Daltrey in a "duet"; I'm not sure if it was With A Little Help From My Friends (the only song from the setlist we're sure about) or something else. Other guests included the Sugababes, Patti Russo or Jeff Scott Soto.

As the drumkit slid towards the front of the stage on its platform it caught Brian who fell into Roger's kit knocking over a cymbal, a mic and dislodging a couple of drums. Both Brian and Roger recovered quickly (with the help of a couple of cast members) to complete the song to great cheers and applauses. Once Bo Rhap was complete Brian told the enthusiastic audience: "It took us ages to rehearse that fall. I'm not sure if Roger's kit will ever be the same again." He then introduced Ben Elton who joked that Taylor was to blame: "That's what comes of wearing your sunglasses indoors." Ben also thanked the cast, band, crew and audience.

Roger launched his set with a duet with Patti Russo in Under Pressure. Then he introduced his son Rufus on drums and announced he'd sing something "really old" - Tenement Funster was a great surprise. After A Kind Of Magic Johnny Marter returned to his drumkit and Cosmos Rockin' (with two drummers and Roger on lead vocals!) followed. It was a unique performance that probably won't be repeated because the song didn't go very well (very simple drumming pattern, Jamie played a rhytm guitar and Roger had to read the words from a paper). WWRY followed (with Roger and his son in a drumming duet) and Roger finished his guest appearance with drumming in WATC.

Guest appearance: Roger Taylor live at the Goodwood House, Goodwood, UK (Festival of Speed Gala Dinner)

Roger attended this Festival of Speed together with his children and his girlfriend. He was also one of the judges during the Festival of Speed grande race. Roger then performed a percussive set together with Nick Mason (Pink Floyd) and Kenney Jones (The Who) - probably something similar to what he did at Live Earth.

04.04.2008 Studio 1, South Bank, London, UK (Al Murray's Happy Hour TV show)
Guest appearance: Queen + Paul Rodgers live at the Studio 1, South Bank, London, UK (Al Murray's Happy Hour TV show)

Only C-lebrity and All Right Now were broadcasted. WWRY was played afterwards (as a special bonus for the audience I think), stories about BoRhap are not true (that was just Al's joke; the band played just the final few chords) and also there was this short improvised sketch with Brian, Roger and Paul on backing vocals.

01. C-lebrity
02. Bohemian Rhapsody (the final chords only)
03. All Right Now
04. We Will Rock You
05. Football Was Our Idea (a short improvised song by Al Murray with Brian on unplugged guitar and Roger and Paul on backing vocals)
