Bass guitars
Three Fender Precisions: '68 model (left) as his main,
Elite 1 as back-up and Special (right) for
Under Pressure. During Another One Bites The Dust he
played the Musicman Stingray (second left) which he'd recorded the song with.

Brian's main was the Red Special (with the Gibson Flying V as
back-up). He also used a Gibson Chet Atkins in Is this The World
We Created and an Ovation in Love Of My Life. In
Crazy Little Thing Called Love Freddie played a Fender Telecaster
and Brian used three different guitars: the Red Special, the Ovation and
another Telecaster. Spike had a Gordon Smith for Hammer To Fall.

Keyboards
Freddie's Steinway. Spike also played some songs with a
Yamaha CP80 Electric Grand Piano.
As for synths, there was a Roland VP-330 used in Radio Ga Ga
and very probably also a Roland Jupiter 8 (it was the synth used
for recording Radio Ga Ga and I Want To Break Free
and Spike used it on tour in both 1984 and 1986). The other can be an
Oberheim OBX-a or an OB8.
